I would not recommend this company.
As a returning customer I have been so disappointed with my experience with Kub. We ordered their Charm Eco Spring Pocket Mattress for my youngest. There was a promotion on which included a mattress protector. At the checkout page, an error occurred and the free mattress protector was only available at 120x60cm when we required 140x70cm. Perhaps due to this error at the checkout or a mistake on our end, we ended up with the wrong size of mattress. I contacted support who took days to reply and as a result, advised I refuse the delivery and return to sender. The delivery of the mattress, which we paid express shipping for, took 6 days to arrive. I had to place a second order to get the correct size and flagged to their support team about the error on the checkout page (the support team who advise 48hours for replying but I frequently have waited 4-5days for a response).
I asked if the support team could apply speedy delivery to the replacement mattress as my little one has been without it for weeks now and we had originally paid for this service and not benefited (again, it took 6 days to arrive) and the support team said they would have a word with the warehouse. I am still waiting on my replacement arriving. This is currently 6 days after placing the order.
I would not recommend this company.

Having reviewed your order and our correspondence, we'd like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. The mattress we dispatched was the size that had been ordered. After the order had already been shipped, you contacted us on 15 June to let us know that the incorrect size had been selected during checkout, describing it as "an error at the checkout on our end." We replied the following day and advised refusing the delivery so it could be returned directly to our warehouse, which is the quickest way to resolve an order once it has already been dispatched.
We completely understand that mistakes can sometimes happen when placing an order, whether that's selecting the wrong size or colour. When they do, our priority is always to help our customers resolve the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Following this, you placed a replacement order and asked if we could expedite the delivery, as your daughter needed the mattress urgently. We requested that this be prioritised by our warehouse. Unfortunately, during this period our warehouse was operating with reduced staffing levels, which affected both the processing of returns and the dispatch of some orders. While this was outside our normal service levels, we appreciate that it was frustrating.
Although the original order was dispatched exactly as it had been placed, we wanted to resolve the situation fairly. We therefore processed a full refund for the original order, including the £9.99 express delivery charge, once the return had been received.
We're sorry that this experience has left you feeling unable to recommend Kub. However, we do feel it's important to clarify that the original mattress was supplied exactly as ordered, we responded to your initial enquiry the following day, advised the quickest solution once the ordering error had been identified, refunded the express delivery charge in full, and worked to resolve the matter throughout.
We appreciate your feedback and hope your daughter is now enjoying her new mattress.

Having investigated what happened, we can confirm that this was due to a supplier packing error, where only one of the two mattresses was dispatched. Our supplier has acknowledged the mistake, passed on their apologies, and has confirmed they are reviewing their processes to help prevent this from happening again.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, a replacement mattress was arranged. We understand that, by the time it was due to arrive, it was no longer required and you chose to refuse the delivery.
We believe it's important to resolve situations like this fairly. As a result, we have processed a full refund for the returned second mattress, along with a refund of the express delivery charge. If any product is not received, we will always work with our customers to put things right as quickly as possible.
We appreciate that this caused unnecessary stress during an already busy time, and we're sorry that your experience didn't reflect the high standard of service we aim to provide.

Tuff Tray
I ordered a tuff tray from kub direct, but the quality that I was expecting was not as good as I expected.
I did search a bit to get better ones and ordered from here. I could have bought from somewhere else for half the price.
I am not satisfied with the quality and there is no company's logo anywhere in the product.

Cot not arrived!
I ordered a cot and mattress from Kub with next day delivery but only the mattress was delivered. I have tried several times to contact them but they have not replied. I need the cot for the baby to sleep and very disappointed my money has been taken without receiving the item…

We can confirm that we have refunded the express delivery charge for your order. We’re also pleased to confirm that the cot has since been delivered.
To clarify what happened, we did respond to your emails at the time, and unfortunately your order was affected by a temporary stock shortage in our dispatch warehouse. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we arranged for replacement stock to be sent directly from the manufacturing warehouse so we could process your order and dispatch it on an express service.
Now that everything has been delivered, we truly hope this resolves the issue for you and that the cot is working well for your little one. We’re very sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we put things right.

Brilliant cream coloured rocking chair!
Ordered the Cream coloured rocking chair with footstool from KUB and it is brilliant! Really well made wood and foam padding, really good quality. The sliding/rocking mechanism is great and super smooth. The chair also reclines which is useful when nursing or just sitting down (my dad loves it now haha). Was delivered very fast and very professional company. Super recommend it and such great prices too!

Really great nursing chair
Really great nursing chair. Looks great in my daughter nursery. Love the rocking stool for those overnight feeds. Chair is quite snug but as a UK size 18 I have no problem, maybe if you are more plus size will be tight on hips. Easy to also stand up whilst holding baby.
