My two previous orders were delivered fast and accurately. On my most recent order an item was left out and not delivered. Mariana researched my order and resolved my problem very timely and efficiently. She was excellent in the way my problem was handled. I appreciate their professionalism, great prices and swift shipping. Great job!!

El servicio de despacho es espantoso. Vale mucho más caro que el de cualquier otra empresa y demoran de 5 a 10 días hábiles, coas que no te indican al cerrar la compra, si no que tienen escrito en la parte baja de la web pero que uno no lee.
Hoy un servicio de despacho no puede exceder las 72 horas y menos si por una caja de remedio te cobran casi $5.000!!!!!

My experience started very badly. I had a previous chat with another assistant and it was, apart from confusing, very frustrating since, not being able to help me, he gave up doing it. I went online again and Stephany solved my problem. She immediately understood why I had not been able to place an order and he was very happy to help me throughout the process.
