Misleading website leads to loss of money…
I ordered external catheter bags from medical monks. The website showed a price of $50 for a box of 30. Which was a better deal than what I could get with walmart. But I received only two of these bags for $108. I promptly return the item because that price is insane. But the company refused to refund the shipping charged in the first place and I had to pay for the shipping to send it back. The website is the cause presenting the cost in a confusing manner. If you know all about the website and are very familiar you would know that when you select a certain button then you will see a different price for 30 of these. Which would be $1,400 or so dollars. It's their website that caused the confusion which I explained to their customer service but they clearly don't care. So I wasted $15 to get nothing. Meanwhile I ran out of supply so my elderly dad now has to pee on himself for several days until we get an order from a different company.
