I was able to find the nighttime drainage bag (I have a Urostomy) that I prefer from stomabags.com. They arrived very quickly and they were reasonably priced. Customer service is very helpful and friendly but I did place this order online without their assistance this time. This is my second order from this company and I will buy from them again.

I was having problems making the purchase for the ostomy bags , Jose M was a great customer service, very helpful and diligent.

My mother needed some ostomy bags asap. I started and chat with Marianna and she was able to help get the right ones ordered and overnighted to me. The customer service was wonderful.

Great customer service by Jose Nevada replacing our damaged shipment on a rush delivery after pictures was submitted. highly recommended.

Our packages arrived damaged by the delivery driver as it was still leaking in the box which was well packaged, but Jose Nevada took ownership of the issue and sent replacements on a rush order. thank you.

I had a crisis and needed supplies right away. The site did not provide fast shipment options. Using chat, I talked to Mariana. She figured out that we could still do overnight even though it was after the cutoff by shipping from a different time zone. Of course overnight is expensive but this was a lifesaver.

An Ordering Problem...
The Checkout Page wouldn't allow me to just pay with a credit card so I turned to the Chat link, which connected me with Mariana. She was very helpful and checked the stock on the item I want. She then solved my problem by assisting me in placing my order. Five Stars for Mariana!!!

The Stomabags website was messed up. It's always painfully slow but this time was a page of hyperlinks even using two different browsers. I hit the "chat" option not expecting much but got excellent and efficient service from Mariana.

Excellent customer service and great help in getting the right products. First time looking to get Hollister bags for my sister care, and Saul took the time to explain so I understood what I was ordering, it really made a huge difference for me, specially after calling other places and not getting the help needed.
