I placed an order for a few boxes of Rochester catheter. I came across a small problem that can't checkout with my paypal account. I contacted the helpdesk, that is Jose who patiently help me out to fix the payment problem for an hour. He is so helpful.
On the second day, I contacted the helpdesk again just to see if they ship it out and I want to get the tracking no.
It's Jose again! And he recognized me and asked me if I want to know the status of my order. So sweet.

I have been ordering ostomy supplies from Stomabags for years and the service has been excellent! Oders always arrive very fast, usually within 2-3 business days, and they have always been correct. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would 👍🏼
Outrageous Shipping Charges
I tried to order some small velco pads that weigh less than 8 ounces. The shipping charge was $35. I checked the shipping policy on the site and it said that most items ship for $12. Even $12 is high for these items, but there is no way I would pay $35. I tried to talk to them on chat and Gustavo said there was nothing he could do as the shipping charges were calculated automatically. Then there were connection issues and he dropped out of the chat. I will look for these items elsewhere. Also, they do not accept credit cards and you are re-directed to PayPal. Very strange.

Mariana Kowoll Stomabags´ Customer Service Manager , worked after hours to help me!
Finding my product was hit hard by COVID-19, but, thank God, I found stomabags where I could buy my so-needed supply, unfortunately, before they could ship my order, stomabags run out of it too! But Mariana Kowoll of Customer Service Manager, took it into her own hands to make sure I got my supply.
Not only she offered me a couple of temporary solutions, but she answered me every time I contacted her, being via; WhatsApp, phone, or email, she even answered my messages after hours!
For almost a month, she tried to get my needed product without any lack, therefore I had to accept one of the options she had offered to me, so I could partially help my clients for the time being.
Happily, the day I ask Mariana to ship that option she had offered, and she accepted to ship it, an hour later she got back to me, with news that made my whole past three months trying to get a supplier, she said…. “We got the product you, need!” "Thank God! " I happily scream," thank you, Mariana! (I joked;… I´ll ask your boss for a salary raise for you!).
Yesterday, She shipped my order and again, I am very thankful to her, for the extra effort she did to make me feel all right, while she tried hard to get my supply, that´s what I call great customer service.
Thank you Mariana!, I see now why you are the Customer service manager there, you are a pro!!!.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank the stomabags´ owners and the team there, for developing such a great supply company. Excuse this rather long message, but I had to express my appreciation for her help. You all stomabags´s personnel have a wonderful time and be safe away from the terrible covid19.
