No delivery. No refund.
I ordered a product at the beginning of December (12/8) that was listed as in stock. After I ordered I received an email that I didn’t notice right away that said they didn’t have the product and had to get it from the supplier for 3-6weeks. Who waits that long for medical supplies ordered online? I called the manufacterror they confirmed that they had it and said it could be shipped next day. I called stomabaga.com back to tell them and they said they would verify and if true they would get it to me asap. They emailed me the next day that they had confirmed availability and would proceed with the delivery. A week later with no word I reach out again. They gave me some excuse about the product being in another warehouse. I’m not sure how that is supposed to make a difference, but it took several more days to get a tracking number. With us set to leave on a trip for Christmas I told them that if it couldn’t be delivered before the Friday prior to Christmas we wanted a refund. No reply. Christmas Eve comes around and the delivery is set for that date, but it’s still sitting in California (we live in Georgia). I email to cancel. No reply. On my cruise the FedEx txts come in.. delivery delay. What? Finally when we get back to the US I call and find what is going on. It’s still in California. I call and they say it supposed to be returned to sender and due to them not signing for it it can’t be returned. I send multiple emeails inquiring about status and refund. Two days ago (1/2) I get a response with generic message and a FedEx tracking number. They didn’t even read my email! Yesterday FedEx finally delivers the package to the sender. I’m still waiting on a response and a refund. This place appears to be a dropshipper with no real staff. Even the manufacturer recommended I get the item from a different supplier that they work with.

El valor del despacho muchas veces es mayor o igual al valor del producto que estas comprando lo cual es totalmente ABSURDO teniendo en cuenta que los productos son en su mayoria pequeños y livianos.
Ademas no te ofrecen soluciones efectivas para el tema del despacho o si tienes algun problema con la compra. La persona de atención al cliente es fatal y no ofrece solución alguna. Ojalá mejoren eso, de nuestra parte perdieron un cliente.

I just had an awesome experience! When I first placed my order, I had assumed I'd get it within a fairly decent time frame, as I usually do. However I grew concerned as days went by and I still hadn't received a shipment confirmation. And then I received an email notifying me that the product I had requested was out-of-stock and not available. The product wasn't for myself but for my daughter who lives out-of-state. I started looking around for other companies that might have this particular item in stock. However, other companies were out of it as well or the product was pricier. Within a few days, I received an email from Mariana Kowoll letting me know that I WOULD still be able to get the product to my daughter before she left for overseas. The issue was that the item was out-of-stock in her state of California, so arrangements were made to have it shipped out of Texas instead via rush shipping! I was more than appreciative, as the item ordered is a necessity for my daughter's health. I was over the moon in learning that the order was expected to arrive prior to my daughter's departure! And Mariana was very helpful and answered all my questions every step of the way! Awesome, awesome experience!!
Excellent customer service
I placed an order for the first time with this company and my items were expected to come in two shipments. The was an issue with one shipment that was marked as delivered, however, I never received it. I contacted Stoma bags and Mariana took care of the issue immediately. I received a new shipment the next day! I appreciated the prompt resolution and the level of customer service provided. I plan to be a regular customer!

After a disastrous experience with another supplier, I wasn't expecting the excellent care and help I got from Stomabags customer service star Saul H. There was a mix-up on an order, which I have to have muled to my home in Ecuador by a commercial courier. Saul not only solved the problem of the incorrect order in one phone conversation, he helped me with details and pricing on several other products. He also cleared me to donate the incorrect products to a medical supply charity here in Ecuador and to credit me for them.
Living abroad, I have had nothing but problems with other suppliers and their "customer non-service"- and am so impressed with Saul H. not only will I continue as a Stomabags.com customer, I'll be asking for Saul every time I reorder.
