Outstanding service from Stocalfe Response from start to finish, I was in a non fault accident, they collected my car from the roadside and had it delivered straight to one of their approved garages all within a few hours, I had a hire car delivered the same day to my work. I was kept updated throughout the process, everyone that I spoke to was helpful and friendly, I would recommend them to anybody. Fantastic experience all round

If this company could be scored from 1 to 10 and 1 being the worst I would score them zero.
Trust me if anyone thinking of using this company’s service and you’re reading this do not use them.
They’re 100% so unhelpful after they get their money from insurers and leave your vehicle repaired to non standard.
I’m now having to get quotes to fix the issue that they’ve caused and in the process to set a court date to claim my loss as they did not reply letter before action which they should reply in writing to me in 14days for a breach in contract.
I worked hard for my money to purchase a £40k car that I’ve saved over the years and to be treated this way is unacceptable and the claim was non fault claim, all on dashcam that made it easier for Stocalfe to claim.
Pre warning everyone do not use them whatever your circumstances is as you’ll end up worse off
This has been going on from Dec last year and have giving Stocalfe ample of opportunity to resolve outside court

After being involved in a car crash I was referred to Stocalfe Response for my replacement car and repairs. Stocalfe dealt with everything for me and kept me up to date throughout the entire process! Highly Recommendd
Scammers!! Do not deal with these. They pretend to be your insurance company and try to take over.
I had an accident that was not my fault and was referred to Stocalfe Response. They were professional and courteous and dealt with my claim quickly and efficiently. All the people on the end of the phone and the drivers that delivered/collected my courtesy car endeavoured to make the process as painless aa possible. My claim was settled promptly and I would recommend this company everytime.
A lorry hit our car. The company immediately admitted liability to myself but have failed to do so through the proper channels to my insurance company. Reached out to me over the phone offering assistance and the. Followed up with an email over 10 days after the accident, when my car was already in the garage. I was under the impression the insurance companies should be dealing with each other directly. When I have now asked them to cover my costs which they said they would in an email they have refused to.
I have asked them to open a complaint, they have refused to do so and refused ti deal with me.
I have asked them for the phone recordings, again have not done what I have asked. I have asked for it to be escalated to management, again failed to do so.
They are breaching the FCA rules. Avoid this company at all costs, nothing but cowboys.

Absolutely shocking service never your best interests at heart. Ignore emails constant excuses I’m constantly chasing them one star is to much. Shocking way to treat an innocent person. I feel said I have been used for them to make money without my interests at heart.
Stocalfe were very quick with responding to all of our queries and constantly keeping us updated throughout the whole process.
Great experience from start to finish! Received hire car within a couple of hours. I Couldn’t recommend more
On the 8th August a Culina truck pulling a Tesco trailer smashed into my parked vehicle and wrote it off. The driver admitted responsibility straight away and owned up to not yet completing his induction!!
I was passed onto Stocalfe Response, where I have been ever since - they dont respond, when you speak to someone, they fob you off and say they will call you back, but never do! The re-imbursement being offered for my vehicle is way too low and despite all the evidence I have provided, they just say "the engineer disagrees" then vanish off the face of the earth again.
I totally agree with the earlier comment, if I could give -10 stars I would - cant believe Eddy Stobbart, Culina and Tesco are happy to be associated with these cowboys
A Stobart truck wrote my parked car off on August 16th 2022. That led me to Stocalfe Response. Despite reaching a settlement figure, i am now left- over a month later- with no vehicle and no payment. I phone daily, and get lies, excuses and evasion. This is an appalling way to treat an innocent member of the public. I could not possibly recommend Stocalfe Response. Minus 10 stars would be a fair assessment.
Do not use these people, they claim to offer an accident management service and sort out claims. After an accident that wasn't my fault leaving my car not drivable they took over a week to provide a hire car which wasn't appropriate for my needs, promised to provide an appropriate car but never did, sent my car to back street repairer who after 3 months still haven't repaired it. They really haven't provided the service they promised they have not looked after my interests and have left me every stressed.
