I received a stupid SCARF instead of the treadmill. SCAMMERS

I ordered a purple treadmill two weeks ago and also only received a horse scarf in my letter box
I have emailed Starstormx and they have sent me a tracking number that isn't correct

As the others stated, I also ordered the treadmill. Accroding to the tracker, my package was delivered on the 14th of this month, I'm retired so I was at home all day, and I also have the Ring, looked back and there was no package delivered. I sent them an email, no response back yet.

Ordered the treadmill for my daughter, scam all the way. My bank has stopped payment and is investigating this company. Do not do business with this company.

Speak to your bank about Charge Back. You may not get postage back for returning goods but you should receive back what you paid for the items. May seem a pointless exercise but it’s the principle and they get more exposure as scammers. I did this last year, goods were £45 postage was £16 so still ended up with £29 instead of nothing, and they ended up with nothing

I ordered a treadmill on Facebook, which I thought was a great deal and after few weeks all I got is a stupid horse scarf. I thought it was a mistake but unfortunately I realised too late that it is a scam. Shame on you Starstormx and shame on Facebook to let such a scam to advertise on Facebook.

As with previous victims, I ordered the treadmill & received the phone charger! My cc company have advised me to try and contact the seller. Latest response from the seller advised I return the charger, tracked, to China at a cost to me of £16 or I can have a 40% refund. No matter which way you look at this, it is a complete scam and its quite infuriating.

Absolute scam - ordered a treadmill and received a phone charger . Going through my bank to get the money back . Disgusting

I ordered a Fitnation Slim Treadmill on May 15th. Never received it. I tried calling, I emailed and Texted. Could not reach them at all. I was scammed. I called my credit card company. They are following up on it. Never ordering online again.

I ordered a fitnation treadmill from a website on Facebook. It claimed that there was a clearance for the treadmills due to being overstocked for 39.99 and 10.00 for shipping. I waited just about a month to receive a loop towel 1" inside this rubber holder with a clip that looks like a doggie waste bag carrier. Started research and found this site, to find out I'm not alone in this scam. I cannot believe Facebook is not checking these site. Will never order anything off of Facebook again. Lesson learned.

Fraud!! I paid for a treadmill and never received it. Instead of a treadmill I received a horse scarf!! I did a claim with my bank and they are investigating this company! Shame on you and shame on FB for letting Fraud companies advertise!!! Would have given a 0 but had to put a star!

My husband and I ordered a treadmill from an advert from this company on Facebook. Just like the previous review on the day it was to be delivered we received a horse scarf instead. A complete scam! Our credit card company are now dealing with this fraud.

I ordered 2 treadmills of starstormx (which was advertised on facebook) one for me and one for my sister. I had a email today from evri to say my parcel was due to be delivered, when it arrived it was a 3in1 cheap poundshop charger and to make matters even worse there was only 1 not even 2! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I had ordered a treadmill from this website that was being advertised on Facebook at a low price. Having ordered it, what arrived instead was a Suzhichou Horse Scarf, which when looked up explains that people who were scammed of their item(s) would receive this scarf instead. We had fallen Victim to a facebook advertisement, and the website attempts to sell other items as well, which could possibly be scam items as well.
