I accidently signed up for a 3day trial subscription on the idea that I was led into thinking I was on the right track. To my disappointment I had filled in the information and was charged $4nzd which was $6.71usd without realizing the link sent was incorrect. I then continued to find the source site that had charged me. It came up with ereadybook. I read the reviews and a lot of them were saying SCAM. I felt like I was done for and they'd continue to charge me and I wouldn't be able to stop it other than thru my bank. I didn't want to cancel another card as this ok one was like the 5th card they issued because of their security matters. However upon locating the source that had charged me. I emailed and sent a message to cancel my subscription and account a lovely team member by the name Emily Thompson did not hesitate to assist me and get my irresponsible web tapping matter resolved immediately. This girl needs a raise 💲💲💲So I just want to thank you Emily for all your help on putting my mind at ease and helping me rectify my issue. 5⭐s from me gurl 😊

I have been scammed by them. I did NOT sign up to them or a free trial, didn't know they existed. They have been taking £42 every month when trying to talk to them they wasn't bothered that they have commited fraud and theft

Me han estafado 47 euro, me dijeron que era de un paquete de temus que tenia que pagar 2 euros y luego como yo había pedido a remus pague los 2 euros y hoy día 8 de julio me han cobrado 47 euros son unos ladrones. Yo no compro libros por Internet. Si quieren vender libro anúnciese como venta de libros no como paquetes misteriosos ni nada que no sea transparente. Voy a poner una denuncia mañana mismo

Estafadores acabo de descubrir que me han robado 47 € de la cuenta. Soy una persona que vive con muy poco al mes y estos estafadores me acaban de robar. Lo poco que me quedaba para sobrevivir hasta el fin de mes

I have been scammed by this company again £34.90 each time
I contacted my bank to stop one which was pending
But today another £34.90 they have collected although I changed my bank card
I decided to freeze my card
It’s absolutely disgusting this company
And we have no help from the bank each time
It’s was I think 1p purchase to read a clip from apple app
Don’t use this company and apple app to purchase 1p clicks

Hola escribo en este grupo porque he tenido el mismo problema con la estafa de esta Web, me vendieron en un enlace dónde no aparecía su nombre una ampliación de capacidad en la nube por 2€ y luego veo que esa Web me carga 2€ y 47€ en ING no se hacen cargo porque están las claves de mi autorización para la compra inicial y esta web te hace una membresía anual. He iniciado una denuncia a través de esta Web INCIBE-CERT del instituto nacional de ciberseguridad, me solicitan si tengo el enlace o el sms inicial que mandan para los 2€ iniciales, yo en mi caso no lo he encontrado, si alguno del resto de los estafados lo tienen no puedo dejar mi correo pero quizás si lo veis en mis datos de la reseña. También os animo a que inicies una denuncia cada uno, es la única forma de acabar con estos abusos por internet ante los que estamos totalmente indefensos, Un saludo, Beatriz Fuentes

It appeared on my bank statement £42!!! Have no ideea who they are. I am trying to dispute this with my bank. And another charge they tried to take £42 , but is pending as it’s gone over my limit…. Crazy!!!! I am trying to cut my expenses and save as much as I can, so I constantly check my bank and know exactly what I spend. This 2 charges came out of nowhere!!!

I clicked to get a parking permit from a London council. They took a £1. Now two days later, £42. They had the same name as the parking people, RingGo. Beware, make sure the council’s emblem is on the website.

I have no idea how these scammers got my details but they did. Twice in 48 hours they have tried to take £35 out of my account. Luckily my bank are vigilant and blocked my card TWICE, I didn't even receive the first one! I had an email from them saying click to unsubscribe (even though I never did subscribe) but am too scared to click that button for fear of all of my details going to them. It's disgusting!!! TO SAY I AM FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!!

Also just noticed ereadybooks.com have been taking £42 for months without me subscribing or knowing. Horrendous! No idea how they got my details the robbing Bs! Shocking! THIEVES! I've had no service, no books - NOTHING!! HOW CAN THEY DO THIS??????

Estafadores. 47 € me han quitado.

Sois una panda de estafadores a mí me vendisteis la moto de que me había tocado una caja misteriosa y yo pagué los dos euros y en el mismo diame cobraron 47€ y todavía estoy esperando la caja misteriosa pero ya no espero recibirla es lo escribo para que no le pase a más genta estafadores grandísimos estafadores por no llamaros otra cosa mucho peor ladrones

Estafa, se anuncian como membresía a punto de caducar, te cobran 2 € y luego 47

Soy una chica de 20 años estudiando y mi padre me puso 60€ para pagar unos estudios y cuando voy en la tarde ya tenía 47€ menos en mi cuenta. No tenéis derecho de estafar de esta manera, os voy a poner una demanda. Me engañan con 2€ hace tres semanas y ahora me quitaron 47€ vividores,

Son unos ladrones me cobraron 2 euros y ahora 47 euros q es esto señores serán denunciados por ladrones

Same as every REAL reviewer on here, this company is a SCAM ....!!
Avoid at all costs
I paid £1 for access to an ebook...they then started taking £42 after 2 days, Then £42 per month after that. Fortunately my acct was a back up so had minimal funds & the 3rd payment failed. Monzo stepped in refunded the money. Only inconvenience had to block card & order a new one.

42 pound took out my account anyone else know how to get this back not happy

These people have just taken £42 out of my account which I did not authorize....will not refund it
