Always late
Always late , one time bus driver didnt stop at my stop until 2 stops later and spent 10 mins walking back even though stop button was pressed twice . Appalling wouldnt take this service unless i had to as a person who isnt of age to drive yet . So weird that cant use card for 45 days after it being declined once . Busses need serious improvement and quick.
Awful experience with rude driver
I boarded the bus no 17 reg no SF62CXT and was asked by the driver whether I had a return ticket. I replied that I did not want a return. The ticket machine display was not showing any price, so I simply tapped my bank card. Later, I discovered I had been charged for a return ticket costing £4.30, instead of a single ticket costing £1.50.
Upon leaving the bus, I politely asked the driver for a refund. He insisted that I had asked for a return, which was not true. I tried to explain that I am finishing my shift tomorrow and therefore had no reason to buy a return ticket. He became rude, dismissive, and told me to get off the bus as there was "nothing he could do."
I asked how to file a complaint. He said I had to go to the bus station. When I asked if there was an online process, he refused to answer, closed the doors, and drove me to the next stop. I was clearly wearing my NHS uniform and badge, on my way to work. Because of this incident, I was delayed and experienced stress and embarrassment.
The driver was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

Completely horrible and rude drivers, bad service and experience. The driver was just complet horror show, the way he spoke to passengers was very disgusting.
Absolutely rubbish service 904
Absolutely rubbish service. Don't get me wrong the drives to the most are OK ISH as driver's. But the service. 904 Huntingdon to p'boro and back. App never works!! Service is never predictable!! Service sporadic even if you can find an up-to-date timetable. Then try to make contact to see even if there a service clueless!!
It is about time we had a regular timetable let alone a service. Once spent an entire weekend from Fri to Tue trapped in a village with no transport. id give you a pat on the back if it was 1920 donkey cart but to be 100% fair some if the buses provided are not far off!!
Give us at least a somewhat of a predictable service.

Arrogant and extremely belligerent Bus drivers
The most rude people the you’ll ever find in Britain are stagecoach bus drivers. Arrogant and extremely belligerent. They will look down on you as though you committed a crime for riding the bus. They will repeatedly leave you at the bus stop for no reason. They believe that you need to grovel for them before they can stop for you

Abseloutley horrible, always a minimum of 20 minutes late, never had an experience of a bus actually being early or on time. Today I had to of left my house to get on a bus which is 2 hours earlier than (the one according to the timetable) I should’ve gotten- I ended up being 30 minutes late to the place i had to be. They train new people on the most busy times and days and make everyone late, blaming it on Exeter University for having an open day saying more students are getting on buses, they are the ones who have to fix their timetables, amounts of buses on the route and train new employees on non busy days. These buses are bullshit, yet I still have to take these as i have no other option.

This service used to be reliable. Now, it's a wonder they're still operating. They're constantly late, or they cancel services altogether without any sort of explanation or even apology. They make it abundantly clear that they don't care about their service users or their needs, as evidenced by the continuous timetable changes.

Have spent 2 hours trying to print out a bus time table for the 600. I have used my chosen route many times. Now I am told that the info I enter is not supported! The best I can do is get a timetable with only selected stops on it and mine is not there. I only need to reprint my old schedule because they have updated it. And no, I do not need a ticket. I have had a bus pass for 30 years. That makes me 90+ years old!!

Every day, the service is becoming increasingly unreliable, with buses consistently running more and more late. This has been a recurring issue, and it feels like the service quality is getting worse over time. Unfortunately, this is one of the poorest bus services I have experienced in the UK.
Utterly useless
My son relies on the bus, they are constantly cancelled, never arrive or even drive straight past him at the stop! I then have to drive out to fetch him. They have now changed to hourly and still cancel. Utter useless service and management. Appalling service and company.

use public transport to commute to work from Alyth to Coupar Angus. The road is closed once again and I have to use the shuttle bus to Maigle. The bus 57 goes from Meigle to Blairgowrie and although it passes through Coupar Angus it does not stop in the only town on the way. People work in Coupar Angus and it is a misunderstanding and even extreme nonsense that in Alyth the shuttle bus driver sells tickets to Coupar Angus, but does not stop there. Do I have to beg every day when buying a ticket to Coupar Angus to stop where I work and 1000 other people? Is it so difficult for the driver to stop the bus in Coupar Angus without begging and pleading? This whole situation is just extreme nonsense for someone thinking.

Polite service
Caught the 29 at 9:30 ish this morning. The bus driver was lovely and energetic. Wish all bus drivers could be like this.
Honestly I’m so let down.
This bus company’s card machines are awful me and several other people around me struggle with the fact sometimes the machines just say your card has declined. Well it shouldn’t have because I have enough money to pay the 2 pound fee. It is so unreliable and such a gamble. I shouldn’t have to question if I’ll be at work on time because the card machine may just decline my card for no reason. It is so unreliable and for travel we should be able to rely on the company to get us from a to b or a train. I have now missed 2 trains due to this costing me around 50 pounds. Honestly they need too do better.
