Absolutely shocking experience, can’t believe I let myself believe the lies coming out of samirs mouth if that’s even his real name, never buy a car from this company they do fake mots on site, all cars are checked and prepared by there own garage and all work needed to be done doesn’t get done you just get told it’s all been done. If you have any sense just walk away there are much better honest dealers around!

Bought a car from them, 2 weeks I had a problem took the car to them no faults apparently , car is making a screeching noise as I start it up, they advised me nothing to worry about. I’ve now booked it with the main dealer to see if there’s anything worng. I paid 12k for the car and now he’s blocked me on WhatsApp because I keep messaging him.

I will advise what the main dealer says.

I would avoid this dealer at all cost as when he’s got your money he’s not interested at allZ

Avoid this company.. Very quick at selling you a car but as soon as you part with your money they are not interested.
Brought a 2015 corsa 2021 was given a fresh MOT and the service book was stamped.
I took the car for MOT as it was due and much to my horror if failed. In total £1844 to get it through and all the advisories done.
The garage I took it too informed me that everything it failed on was put on the previous MOT before I had purchased the car, so SR Motors sold me a car that was not road worthy. Also found out that the wiring in the headlights were a fire hazard and the wrong casing again SR Motors should have noticed and put this right when they allegedly done the MOT .
Despite telling me and stamping the service book that all spark plugs etc had been replaced , they hadn’t .. Lies from start to finish absolutely shocking company. I have tried to communicate with them about this and have been totally ignored.
DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute joke of a company.
I brought a Jeep Cherokee 2016 for £13,500, I also took out the extended warranty for two years.
The headlamp was waterlogged inside. The next day, the Engine light management was on.
I was told to take to the garage.. 4 days. No repairs. Was told to collect and take it back in a few days, due to needing parts.
Back to the garage, still no repairs. The car had not been moved ( this is another week of waiting )
Simon was ( is ) a complete and utter liar. False promises. I got to drive my car 3 times, it was more in the garage. Than I had it, day 21 I was sick of the waiting,
The car went back .. took a fight to get my money refunded, but I was not letting this drop, as the store knew.
The following day, this car HAS NOT been fixed. But back up for sale.
Do not Trust this dealer.
They should not be allowed too trade.

I brought a 2012 Mini Countryman from this garage in 2019. It broken down 2months after I got the keys - engine management light came on. We had to pay to have it towed to Swindon. Then we waited 4 long weeks to hear it could not be fixed, & I could choose a replacement. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my money back if I asked for a refund, so I chose another car, a 2014 Suzuki S Cross. I had to chase Niaz for them to change my personalised number plate across like they had offered (I had already paid £80 to put it on the Mini) He had the log book. In the end I paid for a new log book & paid for the change over myself, another £105. The new car had a knocking sound when I turned right & the gearbox was going. I traded it in for a brand new car in 2020 with another garage. Avoid!

Spent £9000 on an Audi A4 September last year and had nothing but problems. New clutch required after less that 1300 miles and brake discs, problems with electrics and rust. Rust started with bubbling around wheel arches and the sills song the door took it to get the extent of the rust looked at to be told this had a temporary fix done on it not long ago so just before my purchase. Still quite young so still learning lessons in life but I paid John £9000 with reassurance I was buying through a company and spending as much as I did thinking I would be looked after and not robbed but turns out they robbed me and sold me a rust bucket. I contacted John for some sort of resolution and what I asked for wasn’t fair I didn’t ask for the money back for the clutch brakes etc obviously but to help me as he sold me a car with really bad rust that had been covered well just before my purchase to be met with hostility snd John patronising me. In short he told me where to go and wouldn’t be helping me. So now I’m £10000 out of pocket and it’s lined SR motors pockets. They are nothing but thieves and cowboys who when they have your money won’t help with any problems. I’ve worked in used cars as a trade plate driver and know you have wear and tear problems and problems with second hand cars that I was willing to accept and pay for as and when they arrived but selling me a rusty car is below the belt so I would urge anyone to stay clear if they don’t want to through their money down

Do not bother with this dealer,very unprofessional and not reliable whatsoever!
Bought the car through a finance agreement,all well and good until the money reaches their bank account.
An item was missing in the vehicle,which,aestheticly didn't look good and Simon full of stories and promises didn't bother in sorting out for me till I kicked off over the phone, after 6 weeks from collecting the vehicle the item was delivered to my address! Also,their warranty policy is a joke, since when you purchase a vehicle with a faulty battery on it and the dealer isn't bothered to replace or reach an agreement with the customer unless he pays for a new battery...is this called post customer service or fooling a customer thinking he is an idiot?
To make the story short do not purchase any vehicle from this dealership,they do NOT deserve business!
Overall,this dealership is a big CON....avoid it at all costs,dealers think their business do not rely on word of mouth,hope to see this dealership closing its doors pretty soon!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Appalling, terrible experience. Wish I had never parted with my money.

DON'T FALL FOR THEIR 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - they tried to charge me a spurious £149 'admin fee' for no good reason when I returned my vehicle 5 days after buying it.

They claimed it was in the Ts&Cs - but that is completely false.

I hadn't damaged the car or driven it for more than 250 miles (for which they can only charge £99 +VAT) - they were just trying it on.

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
