I came about this store through there Instagram page. All there photos looked so cute. Alot of the photos looked like they were tagged from customers. Which I took as a good sign. When I placed my order online the website asked you which country you were from so I added that I was from Australia. I assumed it would convert the US Dollar to Aus but it didn't. My mistake. I only realised when I looked it back on my bank statement. If I had orginially known it was going to be that expensive I wouldn't have placed a order. For reference I ordered the ruffle bloomer $30 aus, the ruffle romper $50 aus, legwarmers $19 aus and a headband $25 which was your basic looking headband that most baby stores carry. I purely only order the headband in the same colour as the romper so it would perfectly match in colour. Otherwise there was no way I would of ordered it, as I had seen similar here in stores ranging from $10 to $15. My parcel didn't take too long to arrive. As soon as I open the parcel and saw my items I was so disappointed. For starters the headband I order in the same colour as the romper was a completely different pink. The quality of the fabric of the clothes the bloomers and romper was shocking. It was so thin. It was basically see through. The hem lines were stitched all wonky. With loose treads and overlocking that hadn't been trimmed. I know alot of stores don't allow refund or exchange on accessories for health reasons so I decided to to send back only the clothes. I emailed there customer service straight away and looked up online there returns policy. It stated online they only did refunds if they received the return parcel within 7 days. The international express postage cost me just over $40 Australian dollars. I put the whole experience down to being a expensive lesson. It could of been worse I guess. Least the express postage came with a tracking number. Australia Post emailed me when they received the return. I was hoping from here it would be hassle free but I waited and waited for my refund. 4 weeks later and a number of emails sent from me aswell as a dm message on Instagram with no word from them. I received a reply stating the refund was deposited earlier that week. I then checked my bank to find there was no sign or it. Eventually after a couple more emails from my end a refund was issued a month after they received my return parcel. There's no way I would order from them again. The customer service was appalling. It was also very frustrating that they didn't reply to my emails. The quality of the legwarmers and headband were good. They were extremely overpriced for what they were but they were nice. The lighting of there images online were off. When seeing them in person they were a completely different colour. The legwarmers online looked beige and were listed on there sku as cream but in person they were more of a mustard colour. From the looks of it the clothes I ordered from them were there home brand. This might have something to do with why those items were such poorly made and of a poor quality compared to the other items I received. All in all a bad experience.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Product is nice but pills after 3-4 washes... which you know is not a lot of washes for baby clothes.
One of My orders got lost in the mail and they would do NOTHING to compensate me. Not even a coupon for my next order. I stopped ordering from them after this.

I wish I would've read all these reviews before I made any purchases. It has been the worst experience with speriment love I placed my order on Jan 10,2020 and I haven't received it yet. According to thier website it will be ship by 5-7 days. There also hasn't been any updates when I check my tracking number. Speriment love won't answer any of my multiple emails I sent them. I just can't believe how a company who makes baby clothes can treat thier customers so poorly. By the way thier Instagram story's suck and nobody cares on your personal life style. We care about how you treat your customers. I am so disappointed and I will never make another purchase.
Worst customer service
I sent a package to Europe. The tracking number link never updated to anything other that in transit. After a month I contacted customer service who told me my package was shipped back but were not able to locate it and only said to check with the local post office. Clearly this is something that happened to other clients too so apologies and a refund would be appreciated. Hope to hear back from them ASAP.

Ordered an item for Christmas and never received it. I am so disappointed in this company. The item was marked as shipped but the tracking has never been updated. I am going to take whatever steps necessary to get my money back and I will NEVER waste my time ordering from this company again.

I put a few items from Spearmint Love on my Babylist registry and needed to exchange them. It took two times of reaching out, no apology, instructions a mile long, and no free shipping on returns before I could exchange the items. There are far better companies to give my business to!
Extremely unimpressed
Extremely unimpressed. I placed an order and only one of the two items I ordered arrived. The part that did arrive was crumpled up and in a torn box (like it has been used already). I was never notified the other half of my order was out of stock and had to request a refund myself. Spearmint did not send any apologies for the damaged items or delay in delivery and sent little to no communication at all. They are extremely unprofessional and unimpressive and I will never order from them again. I have also told my other friends with kids not to waste their time with this disorganized company.

Have waited over two weeks with no updated tracking. When I sent an email trying to trace my package they just bluntly sent me a link to ‘tracking’ which tells me nothing! Don’t waste your money here.

No shipping updates for weeks after purchase... 1 out of 2 items was unavailable to ship, so they sent the other one alone. All around bad customer service and takes days for them to respond.

I have tried 4 different times getting in touch with this company regarding an expensive bag I ordered. It's a big diaper bag/purse and should be able to withstand a certain amount of items. All of the leather straps have broken off where it meets the clasps. So disappointed that no one will get back to me and offer to send me replacement straps. It was not a cheap item. DO NOT BUY from this company. Horrible customer service!!!
