I bought two outfits
I bought two outfits. The first one is not 18 month. It looks more like a 9 to 12 month. The quality is OK the second one the legs on it will not fit my granddaughter. It’s not even made right they’re both junk. I could’ve did better on Temu.

BUYER BEWARE
This company represents themselves as being based in Nashville, Tennessee. I did order from them and the items I ordered were of Poor Quality and were sent from China. When I tried to return the items, I was then told they are not based in Nashville and that the items would need to be returned to Canada. Upon further research, this company has numerous complaints on all platforms. The quality of the items delivered to me are poor at best and have a terrible odor to them. When I contacted customer service for a refund, yes, they advertise that they will refund you, but you have to send the items back to Canada, which when I tried to do through the post office, would have cost almost as much as the items cost. I believe this is a ploy so that you keep the items. Poor customer service, poor quality of the materials, they are trying to make money and be the go-between between China and the United States. Is it Nashville, China, or Canada?? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Very inferior quality. My wife ordered a pair of "orthopedic"sandals. When they arrived they had a terrible odor. They were 'junk'! We contacted them and they told us to ventilate them???

Should be stopped trading in the u.k. they have you in a loop if you have a problem . Paying extortionate fees to return the rubbish they send . Or just put up with it . They have £49.00 of my money. No reply to e-mails now . Avoid‼️
Shipping is ridiculously slow
4 plus weeks is not satisfactory. The baby will be grown before the order gets here. Tracking is a joke.

I wish there was a ‘zero’ stars policy because I could not rate this any lower! So disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a pink Daddy’s Girl pink tracksuit which eventually when it did arrive, it was in a plastic postage bag with no protection bag. The quality was cheap and the fabric was nasty and rough. There was no Hazel & Bo label, the sizing was that of a 6 month baby let alone a 12-18 month. When opening the item, it wasn’t even finished properly - there was threads still hanging out of part of the garment. I am so angry because their website displays pictures of their items of clothing and I just wish they could be prosecuted for not only false advertising but for selling items that have got gone through any quality control.

Avoid this company! Extremely disappointed, had to wait for my order to be delivered for nearly a month, to find out that one of the items were missing. Very poor customer service.

So disappointed with my order, cheap polyester imitation knitwear that you really couldn’t put on a newborn baby. Not sure who does their photoshopped photography but they need prosecution. What a waste of my hard earned money for my new granddaughter.

Advertised as orthopaedic shoes. There was no built in support in either pair. Although both the same size one pair was too small the other pair too big. Drop shipped from china still smelling i glue. Very poor quality. No recourse when complaining. This is what they said in an email! I cut my losses and took a 40% refund!

I am returning toddler outfits due to the quality was not what I expected. Then I found out you pay for returns and it’s in Canada. I have to pay $30.00. And the clothes come are made in China. Not a US company. Do not buy from this company.
Unhelpful chatbots
Should have researched review sites before i ordered, I used my Shop account to place the order and didnt realise i had my work address as default shipping, contacted Hazel Bo immediately asked to change address which i wrote down on the message informing it was also on my Shop account as the billing. They obliged and sent the order - only they got the address incorrect (simple copy and paste) after weeks of emails to try to get the courier to re deliver, then try to get a refund - all messages through a chatbot so no help at all I got my bank to issue a refund as id paid with a credit card. Now have a FULL refund and will not attempt to use again looking at other customer reviews

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Customer Service
I bought a dress for my daughter’s first birthday and was so disappointed when it arrived. The quality was far from what I expected, and the material was nothing like I thought it would be.
I reached out to customer service asking to return the dress, but they told me there’s no free return and only offered a 25% refund, which I found ridiculous. I sent two more emails asking for a fair solution or at least a response — but I never heard back.
It’s really disappointing, because I expected much better service and product quality. Most online stores today offer free returns and care about customer satisfaction — clearly, that’s not the case here. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping with them again.
Cheap merchandise
The baby clothing I order from this company was of such poor quality and not at all what it looked like in the ad. They make it difficult to return items. The clothing had a bad plastic odor. The printing on these items was so cheap and not stitched. It looked like a press on type of printing. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because they will only accept a return if mailed via USPS. You cannot return via UPS or FedEx and currently the postal service in Canada is on strike. So I can’t get the merchandise back to them without paying more than what it cost. This is a terrible company selling ugly cheap clothing for babies! Buyer beware!!!!!
