Took 3 weeks to arrive only to get what I could only explain as the biggest load of crap I've ever seen

Ordered two outfits for my grandson which looked gorgeous on the website.. when they arrived they looked nothing like as good as they were on the website! The material & quality of the little shirts was very poor! Extremely disappointing as bought for a present . Also expensive!!!!

I received the baby garment and gave it a quick hand wash ready to give as a gift. The fabric is of very poor quality and the print is comparable to primark! It's also shrunk. I am not giving it as a gift as I would be embarrassed! Don't waste your money, cost me £16 in the sale, what a joke...

I am truly disappointed with the quality of clothes I received they are so badly made. I couldn’t give them to my grandson for his birthday. Also when I wanted to send them back I was told that it would cost a lot of money and also I’d have to send them to Canada. They’ve offered me a 25% refund but that does not go anywhere near to the fact that I paid out £38 .. So disappointed :((((

Oh no!! Looking at all these reviews it would appear that I'm in for some disappointment if and when my order arrives.

I am absolutely disgusted with how this company works. The images are obviously fake. The quality of the fabric and the sewing is horrendous. Primark clothes would be better quality! The company details on Instagram state it is a UK company but it is not. It is a Canadian co with the clothes manuf in China. They are extorting money out of individuals by their returns policy offering a 25% refund as they know the cost of return post is high. Yes I should have checked the returns policy but this practice is just fraud by a different name.

Sizes were way bigger than what is on the tag. Plus I keep getting political ads from Hazel and Bo. I find this odd. I get my order confirmation number at the top and a political ad is the rest of the email I receive. Something is weird about that.

Poor quality, not hemmed. Ordered a good haul of baby clothes and didn't read the reviews well. They were very communicative in the returns process, offered a partial refund of 25% if I were to keep the clothes vs sending to their returns centre in Canada. I opted for the return and received a full refund. It was worth the £19 shipping as I ordered £100 worth of items, someone who ordered 1 or 2 pieces of clothing may be more willing to keep hold of the items and receive the 25%. Read the reviews.

Delivery takes a month, does not state clearly on website, not very helpful customer service even though i explained goods would arrive way too late

I would not recommend this company at all. The outfit I bought for my grandson looked really cute. Was looking forward to seeing him in it. When it arrived I couldn't believe the absolute rubbish they are selling they make temu look like quality. And what they don't tell you is the returns address is Canada so you are just wasting your money. This company really is a huge Chinese scam do not buy.

I spent £21 on a baby jumper and trousers set and when it finally arrived it was such bad quality! The fabric feels really cheap and the printed pattern is very poor. It doesn’t even have a Hazel and Bo label in it, just a generic made in china label! I was so disappointed and I wish I’d looked at these reviews before buying it.

Bought a dinosaur “plush hoody jump suit”. On the photograph on their website it looked lovely and soft for a 0-3 baby. He is newborn but big.
The seams are not sewn properly the fabric is cheap and scratchy on the inside and rough . I have better dog bedding.
Too small and our grandson is 8 lb.
Canadian company so I expected the best- small print shipped straight from China with zero quality control.
You have to send the item back to them for a refund at your cost. Would cost £17.00 to send it back.
They offered 25% refund which at a cost of £22 is outrageous.

Please save your money … I saw it and thought it cute and something different. Absolute Tatt!

Ordered a couple of items after my other half saw them online didn’t check reviews. Spent £45 for three items and they’ve just arrived with a Chinese stamp and feel cheap and horrible. Really disappointed

I ordered an item two weeks ago. It has not arrived yet and my credit card has been charged. It is a gift for Christmas and when I ordered it they said it would arrive in time. I am getting ready to call my credit card company and complain.

Do not buy from this company. They are based in Canada and it will cost you more to ship back if you are not happy with your purchase then it cost to buy the item in the first place.

The items received were of very poor Quality. When I messaged the company for a refund, they didn't offer one , company is based in Canada so very expensive return postage. Says return to a midlands address, however they are a 3rd party .
All they offered was a 25 percent discount.

I ordered two Christmas rompers from Hazel & Bo for my grand babies. They arrived and were not only too large ( 12-18 months for 13 month olds ) but looked nothing like the picture. The quality was very poor. Nylon material.
When I inquired to return these , I was given a Canada address which IS NOT stated on their website. I live in New York.
Proceeded to the post office to learn it would cost $24 dollars to return the $44 that I paid. I emailed the company and was given only $10 credit for items that don’t fit, can not be used.
