I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately all of the poor reviews mirror my experience. These are not cheap items to buy but boy, when the arrive, they look like I have made a poor purchase from Temu. Incredibly poor quality material and look nothing like the gorgeous pictures on the site. You may as well write off the money you spent on the order, the returns policy is as poor as the merch. A crappy discount to keep them or an expensive return from the UK to Canada.

The quality of the items were incredibly inferior. DO NOT purchase from them. The return policy is horrible! It cost more to ship back than the items were worth.

If I could give no stars I would. Like others, I should have read the reviews first. Awful quality clothing from China & too expensive to return (to Canada). Do not order from this company.

Shocking quality,shocking non existent returns policy,cheap and nasty clothing.Don't be conned by the website,clothing has gone in the bin,not fit for wear.
Left a comment on their facebook page and suprise,surprise the comment has been removed and I've been blocked!

I bought a trousers and T-shirt set for my grandson and a dungerees and T-shirt for my granddaughter,they took over a month to ship and another three weeks to deliver,when they arrived i was gobsmacked!The material was very bad quality,stitching was coming undone,the transfer on the T-shirts was of such bad quality it was all cracked and peeling

I emailed the company and basically i heard nothing back,APPALLING service!

The clothes have gone straight in the bin,they were such bad quality i would not even give them to charity.

I ordered a fairly large order for my grandson. I should have read the reviews 1st. Unfortunately, I didn't. It's been over a month and my daughter still hasn't received the order. No one from customer service has responded to my emails. Save your money, order from somewhere else. Id give zero stars if that were possible.

AVOID!
Overpriced, poor quality, unbranded clothes, drop shipped from Temu in China.
Item ordered arrived to UK within two weeks.
More than double the price of the same item on Temu.

I bought 3 baby outfits based on how beautiful they looked online. I received them today. The pattern is the same, but the material is crappy and cheap and nothing like what I thought it would be. I paid 100 bucks and they are worth about 25 max. I don't even want to give them to my daughter for the baby. Do not buy.

This is an absolute con!
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering clothes for my grandson.
The order took several weeks to arrive, one item of clothing was missing and has never arrived.
The quality of the clothing is appalling.
There is no way of returning the clothes without incurring a huge postage fee so their MO is to give you a small refund.
The clothes have gone in the rubbish and I feel really cross that this company carries on trading.
They should be shut down.

Totally misleading, the fabric is junk cheap and made to look like boutique clothing… very disappointing.

Absolutely disgraceful! I ordered a it's my birthday tutu outfit, it came in a grey plastic bag with the outfit in a clear zipper bag, the quality was appalling cheap & nasty, only one label on the clothing with the age 3/4. Chinese writing on the packaging. I could and would not give this as a present the cost was £19 which was reduced, £4.99 for postage. I wrote and complained and the reply was I could return it and get a refund when the receive the goods, the return address is in Canada that's going to cost a fortune they have offered 25% towards the postage. I bought this off a FB advert and nowhere does it say the return policy. I would be embarrassed to give this outfit to anyone, such poor substandard quality

This is Trust Pilot at its best! I was just about to pay £70 worth of orders but thought I would check out the reviews first! Phew! Won’t be ordering.

Items never received. Don’t waste your money!

I bought two outfits for my niece's children. Delivery took over three weeks and on receipt one of the items was missing. I've emailed the company regarding this but have not had an answer from them yet. Apparently the outfit for the little boy is too small and of poor quality. He is 3 years old and I purchased a 3 - 4 year size, which should have fitted him. Like other comments, I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. Never again !!

Do not buy from this company, quality of clothing is awful, cheap stuff from China. I am trying to return my order and am expected to return to Canada , at a cost of £13.75. Overpriced , don’t waste your money !!!

I wish I had read these reviews! My experience is the same - absolute rubbish items and far too expensive to return to Canada so forced to accept paltry part refund.

I wish I'd read reviews of this company before being sucked in to the lovely looking outfits for my granddaughter. Arrived after waiting several weeks to a jaw dropping disappointment! Absolutely poor quality fabric. Emailed re returns, I did get a quick response but either return to Canada or take a 25% partial refund. You live and learn!!

Ordered two outfits for my grandson which looked gorgeous on the website.. when they arrived they looked nothing like as good as they were on the website! The material & quality of the little shirts was very poor! Extremely disappointing as bought for a present . Also expensive!!!!
