The order took forever. The sweater was thin and unfinished edges looked like really cheap. The earrings are so weirdly made that you have to put them on in sort of an upside down way. So poorly constructed. The necklace was broken when I opened the package. DON’T order from them.

I Purchased a sweater set, received one of a totally different color. When I asked for a return, I was offered $10.00 off my next purchase and a pair of socks after many emails. Stay clear of this POS of a company total rip off. Bad Business..

This company is a complete scam. I have not received my order at all. They have not helped at all and just advise to contact EVRI which is also an impossible task.
They have taken my money for the order, yet I have nothing I spent over £50.00 which I can not afford to loose.
Several emails to them and they just reply saying the same thing - contact EVRI.
My tracking number is now not showing on EVRI as valid, I have contacted EVRI and they are also not interested, no contact back from either.

I fell in love with the clothes online, they looked so cute so I purchased these on Sunday 8th June. The delivery said 6 - 8 days. On the 8th day when they had not arrived I asked for a tracking number. I came on trustpilot and saw that peoples orders wern't arriving so I started to panic. Got home and that evening my order arrived. The clothes are really cute! Slightly bigger than the average size but she will grow in to them and the material is slightly thinner than the picture looked but nothing to be alarmed over (My reason for 4 star not 5). I checked my emails this morning and the company had responded with a nice message. I will order from this company again, for the price of the clothes you cant go wrong.

Email saying order had been shipped, same day email saying order had been cancelled, no response when trying to contact them. Scam

Poor quality items that vaguely look like the pictures. Bad sizing very wide and weird. No customer service and no way to start a return so no way to get a refund. Absolute SCAM of a site.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich dies tun. Es scheint, dass die Seite wahrscheinlich gar nicht existiert. Ich habe im Dezember ein Kleid bestellt und sogar 20 euro für expressversand gezahlt, weil ich es am Silvester tragen wollte, insgesamt 52 Euro dafür bezahlt. Die Ware ist nie angekommen, und eine Rückmeldung habe ich ebenfalls nie erhalten.

I have tried three times to request a refund for a dress I ordered and have not received a response. The dress was as pictured but the material was very thin and way shorter than what was pictured. Shipping took over three weeks.

Ordered and was scammed, item never showed up, no way of contacting them either, one big scam.

Stolen photos from us Thea With Love an Australian brand. They steal other brands photos too. Be careful what you see in the stolen photos is not what you will receive. They also operate under the name Cute Thee with the same stolen photos. They have fake review on their site but reviews on Trustpilot are genuine. You will be scammed or sent an inferior replica. They have wiped out our brand name on the labels. They operate from China. Be careful of this terrible company Jan Brown owner of Thea With Love

I was a little worried about ordering after reading the reviews. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised to receive everything I ordered for my grandbaby. I received everything in a good state. All the merchandise was cute and the proper size and delivery took only 3 weeks.
