THE WORST SHIPMENT METHODS! I purchased a Needoh Nice Berg and it’s been currently 1 month since and i never had any news about my order. It’s not even checked in the warehouse. Please find another store to buy stuff.

My problem isn't with Showcase itself. It is with the ads that constantly show up whenever I'm watching videos on Youtube or some other platform. The ads come on every few minutes, every single day for over six months and I am so so SO annoyed every single time the ads come on. I have even tried blocking them numerous times to no success. Not only are they over-playing so much, but they are low quality and over 45 seconds long!. No ad needs to be that long! Stop shoving your brand in my face every single time I watch something on tv or the computer!

I placed 2 orders in December and have not received both. They keep telling me that its dispatched. 2727 and 2729. Whats strange is that my second order number is lower thanmy first order. I have prove of all correspondence. It was for 2 Liverpool kits.

As of 2026 it’s disgusting in there - smells horrible, really musty - the products are just random brain rot stuff unless your kid wants a tung tung sahur plushy for $40 - had a headache when I left - shut this store down please I’m sorry - put a garage or bath & body works

Agree with all the other reviewers - Showcase reels you in and as soon as they've got your money, support ends. We bought my son an RC Robot. Spent hours building it and then the remote didn't work. We asked for a replacement remote only and we were told we had to return the entire robot (which was assembled). We were also going to be responsible for return shipping which was going to cost as much as the item. They will give you an apology and send you on your way. Don't buy here when there are so many other options!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I will never buy from a store with a site that doesn't let you return to the store. This business is so sketchy. They want to inconvenience their customers out of a return. Stay clear from this place. It deserves to fail.

I ordered $700 worth of gifts for Christmas from Showcases online website but THEY made a mistake on THEIR end, charged me for two orders and sent me double of everything so I was charged $1400. I asked to return my items and they gave me basic instructions. I go to return it and realize that I have to pay for the return label? So for the items that I wanted to return, it would cost a total $400-$500..to ship the items back to the warehouse which is literally less than 15km from me. I asked if I could drop it off at their warehouse because to spend $400-$500 to have them shipped back doesn’t make any sense? I can’t even do in-store return because they are not capable of doing that either. So please DO NOT order ANYTHING from their online website and just go in-store. I was actively trying to speak with someone regarding my return but they delayed and stalled so much that it went past my 30 day of returns and now they are saying I can’t do anything. Absolutely the most ridiculous service ever.

beware: Offering bonus deals that look like free but are not at checkout.
I purchased a bunch of different flavours of same type candy pack say $5 each. Then as checking out they automatically offered another flavour of candy pack and they made it look like free, I thought I was getting to "choose" one, but actually charging another $5 ish (they say was discounted). Then I thought I would get to review order again as I couldn't remove the item and I wanted to see if the total $ changed, but then it just confirmed the order when I went to next page. No phone # to call so I emailed right away and said I Didn't mean to order the bonus item, I don't want it if it's not free (remove the bonus item, or cancel the whole order and i'll reorder without the bonus item (if it's not free), and they said they'd look into it. Then next day it ships. I still have the email thread so tell them what happened, and they're like you can return it for free when you receive. I get the box, go to return it (get an RMA #) but then find out I have to pay to ship it to the return warehouse (and can't drop off the item locally the warehouse too), so then of course it's not worth my $5. And after all these back and forth and misinformation they still won't. It's the principle and the poor customer service.

One of the worst stores I have ever shopped at. Received a defective item and the store at Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Illinois said that their return system is down and they said I can come back some other day and try to return it. It was a gift for my 10-year-old boy and he was disappointed and they would not return it. Didn’t realize I had to check reviews for a small retail store in a reputable mall but these guys are horrible. The manager and the assistant were terrible to talk to and wanted nothing to do with the return. Buyer beware if you are ever going to shop here because these people are terrible holding onto their money really tightly even though they sell defective items. I would never recommend shopping there and I will definitely never shop there again myself. Worst of the worst. Take your money any other place but here.

Absolutely ridiculous! what store doesn't allow you to return online purchases to the actual store??
They are forcing me to pay for shipping EVEN with me being willing to drop off my package at the exact location they are telling me to drop it off at! make that make sense......I will NEVER buy an online item from them again, and they were one of my most used stores during chrsitmas!!

Customer service is dead at the Willowbrook store. Blind box item broke immediately and they wouldn’t refund. I called to complain and was told I should complain online because she wouldn’t do anything. Buyer beware and stay away. Staff are horrible.

Bought 2 rc planes. Smaller one is decent but more efficient then larger top wing rc remote planes fixed wing. The larger propellers are sub par broke immediately on first landing. When I contacted customer service for refund or asked to send another smaller plane, than larger (which is actually less value), they did not want to. Furthermore they dont have replacement parts. In otherworldly you buy your stuck w/ whatever they give. Id avoid buying here depending on what your looking for. Know that you can exchange or refund.

they almost made me think a labubu was actually 170 DOLLARS?????? i went into the store looking for labubus, i thought the price wouldn't be so outrageous.. BOOM. 170 BUCKS. for the next month i try looking for cheaper ones and i find the official pop mart website, i waited for the restock, boom! labubu for 44 bucks after shipping and taxes. SCAM AND HUGE OVERPRICE GO TO POPMART.COM AND GET REAL PRICES

They are scalping labubu products and a lot of other items I don’t support this store anymore nor should anyone else 120 for a labubu that u can get from pop mart them selves for 40 plus shipping unreal guys

Ordered the new pokemon drop on the buy 3 get 1 free. They canceled it no actual reason. They have cancelled
My orders before on these special promos. I think it’s just a ploy to capture sales of other items, aka false advertisement. Wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone .

In store they had a really cute scooter for Labubu’s scooting around a table by itself. Battery operated toy. Behind it was a bunch of the same scooter to purchase. Got home and went to put the batteries in (under the scooter it said what type and how many) but inside the battery compartment was just plastic. Nothing for the batteries to work. Thinking I just got a dud, I emailed customer service and they got back to me and said the scooter was just an accessory, and didn’t move by itself. Why on earth would they have a moving one on display with a bunch of the same scooter that doesn’t actually move directly behind it. I told them this was false advertising. The customer service rep said it was not. The rep was quite rude and standoffish. This place is shady.

I purchased a Squid Game cookie and when I went to check out the cashier asked for my phone number but I declined she then told me because I didn’t give my phone number the price would be more . The price went from $9.99 to 11.99 even though it’s tagged $9.99 in store and online. Where does it say if you don’t give use your personal information we will charge more? That’s outrageous!
