Compre una placa de inducción a traves del marketplace de Pccomponentes. Primero enviaron una unidad averiada y aparentemente manipulada al abrir el paquete, la recogieron y enviaron otra nueva en 24 horas que llegó destrozada por varios golpes supuestamente por elegir un transportista o un método inadecuado. Finalmente me devolvieron el dinero en 4/5 días pero me ocasionaron muchas molestias, con lo fácil que hubiera sido enviar una placa nueva desde el principio.

They are scammer. I don’t recommend them. I bought item and they send incomplete and when asked they said I have to buy rest and they didn’t describe in their listing. So don’t waste money and time with them. Buy from somewhere. Stay away from them.

Would not shop with this business again! Bought a thermo cooker that has an electrical fault and nearly started a fire. Only had it for 2 days. Seller has failed to respond to emails, tickets and hasn’t even responded to ACCC. Now I have to go down the avenue of legal action.

Don’t fall victim to their negligence!

I was con into buying a subscription, I thought I was making a one off purchase and the customer service are not responding to me now. But they are still taking my money.

They sent wrong part .and keep giving me a runaround. With no intention of refund.

It makes shopping sustainably SO so easy. I’ve always wanted to move away from supporting large corporations (cough, Amaz*n), and this app really checks all the boxes. The web browser add on is so helpful too!!

This app is great for finding what you need from vendors you want to support, but might not otherwise find. Love it!

Goodbuy has made it so easy for me to shop small for everything- even things I didn’t think I *could* get from smaller retailers, like skincare and dog toys. I have also found some amazing gifts! A very intuitive interface when purchasing from one of their approved (rated? selected?) businesses. A little irritating with all the pop ups to encourage me to share with my peeps that I made a purchase via recommendation/via being on the site re: Goodbuy. There's gotta be a better way for me to celebrate my purchase without pushing me to do so.

It's a common issue with online marketplaces and shopping sites that cater to the increasing popularity of "sustainable shopping to avoid the megacorps" that they are not very user friendly. Instead of being able to filter items by size or color, users are prompted to filter by the type of small business/marginalized group they want to support. This feature would be great in a vaccuum! In my experience, however, it was more of a hindrance than a help. Since items are not filtered effectively, when I searched for a "short dress" on their main website, childrens clothes and shorts came up along with dresses that ranged in length. I also tried to use the chrome extension by looking for items on Target and Amazon to see if it could efficiently item-match and that was ultimately a waste of time. Looking for a duvet insert on Target gave me options to purchase retinol cream, self-tanning spray, and stuffed animals. Searching for "duvet covers" on Amazon, I got the Goodbuy popup saying that it found +99 matches only for every item to include the term "unknown". This is not to mention that one of their main claims (small businesses not ending up on the 10th page of google) is completely empty because the pleathora of amazing small businesses that they uplift get buried beneath items that users do not want.
This site and chrome extension have lots of potential to be useful tools for supporting small businesses but they have a long way to go with the efficiency of their search engines before that happens.

goodbuy is quickly becoming one of my favorite/go-to tools for unique shopping. The results are on target with my search and raise my attention to shopping and supporting small businesses. I get to shop for what I want and feel good about where my money is supporting at the same time. goodbuy helps me do both.

I LOVE how easy it is to use! I even used it in my work place to find a small business and ordering from them instead of Am*z*n. The browser feature is easy to navigate if I want to discover some new ways to shop locally.
