The Sovereign cruise club really does ‘care’!
Booked our Cunard cruise with a really helpful and thoughtful guy on the Thursday.On the weekend had an I.T.query about entering information on the Cunard website.Rang Sovereign and asked a very thoughtful young lady if I could speak to Joe.She explained that he was with another client but would pass on my message.Fifteen minutes later Joe rang and with great patience sorted my problem out.
