Great understanding company.. fantastic pricing taking into account mine and the wife’s ailments.. brilliant service.. I’ve been with them for 2 years and annual insurance for me and my wife is cheaper than single trips.. auto renewal is on and I will not go to any other insurers.. total cover for everything 👍

Great service and competitive price
I needed to make a change to my daughter’s travel insurance on renewal. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and professional and was able to make the changes that I required and the quote was a lot cheaper than what I had got from a comparison site. Thank you.

When renewing my policy documents
When renewing my policy documents, the declaration was entered incorrectly for two of the Insured. If I hadn't have checked, our insurance would no doubt have been void if a claim had to be made.
I then had to pay two lots of renewal premium as the first renewal had to be cancelled. I am now awaiting a refund of the first premium paid.
Not great customer service.
