Sound Affects Omdömen

Nice item, well packaged and delivered promptly.

Needed a serious setup though when it arrived; truss rod/neck relief fixed, pickup and bridge saddles adjusted for height, and intonation was miles out.

Great guitar, well packaged and speedy dispatch

I had my 1980's Fender Bullet set up & cleaned by the Tech guy Rob. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the guitar play amazingly well. I will now have all my guitars looked after by Sound Affects!

What a Fantastic discovery you guys turned out to be!! Never heard of you before but you're on my favourites now x

the item was in perfect condition, delivered quickly and the communication re the sale was great. (the price was unbelievable too) highly recommended.

Superb! By far the most special guitar shop I have ever been to. Amazing layout & super freindly staff

This pre-owned Guitar arrived well packed. I would take the view that this relatively expensive guitar was , generally, in good condition, as described. However there is one area of paint damage to the ultra thin coating, a small nick on the rim and, to me, a noticeable amount of fret wear,2nd and 3rd strings which, it might have been better to mention in the description. Sound Affects do show a number of photos of each guitar. Beyond this, a number of online companies now seem to place the onus on the buyer to 'enquire' if details are required. To be fair, Sound Affects did reach out and remind me that I could return the item ( 14 day returns policy. should I wish to do so). I am inclined to keep the guitar.

Great item at a resonable price.
Arrived in the UK within a week.

Janglebox guitar pedal ordered at a highly competitive price was despatched and delivered quickly.

I ordered a used Rickenbacker 12 string from Sound Affects and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I placed my order online only to be emailed to say the guitar had actually just sold in store and the website hadn’t been updated but they did have another exactly the same just slightly older.

Paul emailed me through a good number of photos and I had a couple of chats with him over the phone, both times I rang I got straight through to him. I was happy with the photos and what he had to say about the guitar so I decided to go for it.

The guitar arrived on the Monday after I had placed my order on the Friday. Despite coming in a hard case the guitar was well packed with a solid cardboard outer.

As for the guitar itself I’m honestly blown away by it - not only does it look stunning but it sounds incredible, by far the best sounding Rick 12 string I have owned (this will be my fourth!).

It has been fitted with flat wound strings which give it a real vintage sound and it is set up perfectly, a lovely low action (just how I like it) and no fret buzz.

I did email Paul to ask about the strings and to let him know how I was getting on with the guitar and he responded very quickly.
.
I am extremely happy with my purchase from Sound Affects and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Ordered a leather strap for my son’s bass guitar, it arrived and looked great to me.. however it wasn’t right for a heavy bass guitar so I had to return unfortunately.
I have been fully refunded and they replied to my emails promptly.

I bought aJHS splitter/ buffer which works perfectly- it seems to be very transparent and quiet which is exactly what it needs to be. Sound Affects delivered it quickly so I’m happy.

Great price, easy to navigate website and a quick delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. The item arrived in the condition described and worked fine. One happy customer.

Great! 5 stars!

Excellent price for the pedal I was looking for. It was dispatched very quickly at a very busy time of the year for the postal services. Top quality transaction.

My parcel was delivered safely and quickly, also packaged really well

I have purchased several guitars from Sound Affects and part-exchanged guitars in the process. Paul and the staff have been outstanding and what I like is that they allow you to take your time and explore the guitars whilst being on hand if you need help. They also have a great range of guitars too. Can't fault this place at all - although my wallet might disagree! LOL

Really great shop with good prices and from my experience excellent customer service. Also super fast delivery as promised. I would really recommend.

Smooth Transaction

Would definitely recommend this company, smooth transaction and quick delivery. Item well packaged and item good value for money.
