Good packaging
Very happy with my purchase. Goods arrived very quickly and I was delighted with how well the goods were packaged. For example the packager removed the little white plastic knob from the pick up selector switch and had packaged it seperately in the guitar case! This was over and above and I will hope to buy from them again!

A simple order turned sour.
This customer purchased a guitar we shipped out the same day via DHL next day.
Sadly DHL did not deliver next day.
The customer decided against the order and contacted DHL. Due to some confusion the shipment then went on hold and we arrange for it to be returned to sender.
When the guitar arrived back in our store the customer was fully refunded within 2 hours.
Throughout the process the customer called our store a lot and was abusive and argumentative.
Our staff should not and will not put up with this.
We have asked the customer not to shop with us again.

I ordered a guitar pedal online in the early hours, it was packed, shipped and delivered within a couple of days, the pedal arrived in perfect condition, works a treat, well worth 5 stars :)

Fantastic music shop
Bought a guitar from the website for my son's birthday, I had not noticed that it had tiny chip on it when looking at the pictures. I received an email advising me that it had a tiny chip on it along with detailing pictures just to make sure I was aware of it and if I still wanted it. There customer service is fantastic a rare thing these days delivery was a super quick and the guitar was very well packaged. Good stock selection and not silly fictitious prices, it's a music shop that you would definitely want go back to.

Bought a beautiful guitar, which was promptly delivered and nicely packed.
I'm also selling two of my guitars through the shop.
The offer was fairly priced and the process easy and smooth. Communication was excellent.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

I bought a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups from this company. They arrived safely, on time and were the cheapest price online. The pickups are great, the service was hassle free and I'm very happy with this purchase.
