One of the UK’s leading specialist dealers in high-end, rare and boutique electric and acoustic guitar brands and gear. In early 2014, we moved to our premier showroom in Ormskirk which has become well-known for its themed room layout, which also allows for demoing products in your own space, even when the shop is going through a busy spell. When you visit us, browse at your leisure through our themed rooms. Our ‘Main Room’, complete with Chesterfield couch, wall-to-wall, houses our most boutique and rare guitars from some of the world’s most revered and respected builders. The room and it’s stock changes each day, so paying us a visit just to see what’s new is well worth it – It’s never the same twice!

A great NGD experience
Great communication, best price available.
Delivered next day and condition better than expected for a 11 year old guitar.
I'd usually collect a £3.5k guitar in person, but the free shipping service couldn't be faulted.

Item came up smaller than label size
Would be 5 stars but the sizing is inaccurate. It comes up small so had to order a replacement. Other than that rather important flaw the quality of the sweatshirt is good. Price is reasonable.

Urgent item - paid for Next Day delivery but sent standard, had to chase refund
Ordered an item that was required urgently by the luthier for a custom build. Contacted SoundAffects to advise. Item was ordered with Next Day delivery which cost £9.99.
On the due date for delivery the Item had not been received, and it became clear that it had been sent using standard postage, not Next Day. Contacted SoundAffects who said they had sent the item out using normal post by mistake. So then I had to pay £60 to get a replacement sent to the luthier...
Tried to get my £9.99 Next Day Delivery postage refunded, waited 11 days and then chased, was then told that the person responsible for doing the refund had been told to do it, but it had "slipped their mind". Can you guess if I will be doing business with SoundAffects again????

Hello,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
On this occasion we did sadly post using the wrong courier.
Happy to hear you received your postage refund.

Everything would be great but..... with the guitar there was no wrench to adjust the neck, I had to buy it separately. besides, the condition of the guitar is such as in the pictures, soft gig bag, delivery on time. I can recommend the store. (When buying, make sure that everything is complete)

Great service.
Item was exactly as described, in mint condition. In correct packaging. Functions exactly as expected. Staff were helpful and made sure I remained in the loop regarding delivery progress. Ordered one day [a week day], and delivered the next day [also a week day]. Independent business in Ormskirk, generally good prices, and occasionally 'harder-to-get' items can be found.
