Amazing product
The soho poms shampoo, mask and
bi phase conditioner smell absolutely amazing. Needed something to add some moisture to my poms fur as it was extremely dry and cotton wool like. Only used it once and can already see a difference. His fur is so soft, easier to brush and he smells divine!! Delivery was quick too.

If you’re looking for top class products for your Pom, this is the right place to come. I use the intensive repair conditioner for my boys cotton wool coat and it makes it so much easier to manage, my groomer is impressed with it too. The red Christmas jacket and lead that I bought for chico is very well made, stylish and hard wearing a year or two on. The customer service is really friendly and helpful with any questions that you may have too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Cosy dog carrier loved by my pom
I have been looking for a dog carrier for sometime that had a firm base. I found other dog carriers to be too flimsy. Charlotte was very helpful and offered advise about the different carriers before I purchased the luxury carrier.
I am very happy with the product it is exactly what I have been looking for and my dog loves it! Its cosy, well made and perfect for all sort of days out.

Poorly Designed and Uncomfortable Bag
This bag is very badly designed. I used it twice and ended up throwing it away.
The base is extremely rigid and wide, so it doesn’t sit comfortably against the body, and my dog was constantly tilted and uncomfortable inside.
The straps are thin and slippery, which makes the bag hard to carry on the shoulder—they keep sliding off. The materials also feel very cheap for the price.
On top of that, the shipping was very slow. It took a long time to dispatch, and then they used the slowest delivery option.
Overall, a disappointing purchase—definitely not worth the money.

chihuahua puppy
Having bought a chihuahua puppy I set about the task of finding him a nice harness. Impossible task! I ended up with a ferret harness as that’s all that would fit.
Then I stumbled across this website, easily followed the size guide and within a week I had a beautiful harness that fits, looks great and is extremely well made.
I am really happy with my purchase.

Charlotte was great and responded my query as there weren't trackable info on the delivery information. So, I was a little concerned because email was the only contact (hence the 4 stars). She replied with updated tracking info and a status - which was great. As a new puppy owner waiting for a carrier to go to the vet, it's nice to have it on time and a good quality bag (arrived within the 6 day delivery promise).

Delivery came all sealed, asked to return for a refund as I no longer needed.
I never opened this parcel I emailed pictures and videos all sealed and still won’t refund me.

This policy is in place because these items are not fully sealed, and therefore we have no way of confirming whether they have been opened or tampered with — even if the outer packaging appears sealed. Whether the parcel was sealed on arrival or not, there is no guarantee this was not re-sealed after leaving our premises.
This policy is in place to protect the safety of all pets, and we are unable to make exceptions. We understand this may be disappointing, but the safety of our customers’ pets is our top priority.

Elixir drops
I used the product early stages. When I saw my mixed Pomeranian loosing fur on his back. He recovered after 2 months of use!! Brushing and oil 2-3 times a week and he looks amazing. He is 15 years old and I didn’t expect his fur to grow back! But they did! So grateful! Thank you!!!!

Absolutely love the harnesses.
Purchased 2 for each of my dogs. I had a small issue with the purchase but this was resolved straight away.
Initially, I thought this was a Chinese company posing as a British company so I was sceptical about the quality and customer service prior to arrival but they are 100% British.
I love the harnesses. The dogs look very smart and are matching for once.

Outstanding service
I had an issue with a harness I bought and I got in touch with a lady called Charlotte. Who took care of the matter immediately.
All I can say is the service that Charlotte delivered was impeccable! Her response to emails where immediate her understanding of the issue and the product was outstanding and her customer service skills were 2nd to none. Charlotte looked after me from the start to the finish and resolved my problem instantly I couldn’t recommend this company enough.
Soho poms need to be extremely grateful to have such a talented and well gifted lady working for them she’s a credit to the company. And this lady is someone you would definitely want to keep.
10/10 for all services and this was down to Charlotte.

I found it very sad that there was no…
I found it very sad that there was no interaction with the company at all. I did in the end send an email and I did get a response. They don’t seem very fussed with customer service and they don’t send anything express they just let it arrive when it arrives you don’t get any notifications. On receiving the products I was shocked that the bag was really expensive and I didn’t think the quality was that great not for the price it was up at, anyway the harness was nice but more of a winter product. I think if they’re trying to be a premium brand, then they need to give you a premium customer service and delivery.

Great service and product
I recently ordered a dog carrier for my elderly dog, who is not able to walk around that much anymore. My order from Soho Poms arrived very soon, and although it was a great purchase, it was too small for my dog.
Soho Poms made the return of the item so easy and also ensured that I got a new carrier in a very short time. The new carrier is beautiful, sturdy, and well-made. My dog is happy in it. I definitely recommend this company: friendly and helpful service, along with great products.
