Dishonest marketing, this business took advantage of us when we were desperate and were looking for help for our crippled dog. They sold the dog wheelchair - Large Dog Wheelchair, Rear -Walkin’ Wheels with a 30 day no question return promise clearly prominent on their website.
When our dog could not get on with their product, they tried to get us to keep it and sell it ourselves. Then they warned that they might deduct 25-50% of the original price from the refund if it was found to be in a 'used condition'. They then deducted 75% of the original price from the refund because there was dog hair on a part of the wheelchair worth about £10.00 - retailing at £40.00. They also claimed the frame was scratched - this was not something we had noted when packing and photographing the item - but again a full respray of the item they claim was damaged would have been about £50.00 - this for an item costing £499.99

In response to the reply from‘Petsownus’ I stand by my review- any business that thinks a 75% deduction from refund is justified by ‘dog hairs’ is barking up the wrong tree.
For context- as they feel it is important - the wheelchair component parts were carefully wiped down and cleaned before returning them at considerable expense in the original packaging.
Potential customers of petsownus- be sensible look elsewhere- they’re quick to rebutt legitimate complaints and totally mercenary in their dealings either customers.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
I’d also point out that strangely they overhauled and updated their returns policy during this period - odd coincidence I think.

Great item (innopet comfort stroller) and excellent service from the team at Pets Own Us. Communication and delivery was faultless.

Patrick from petsownus was fantastic. Had a small issue with an item showing in stock but not actually being available. Patrick reached out to confirm timing and offered a refund if that was needed. Timing was critical as we had pet flights booked and needed an airline approved crate. Patrick stayed in close contact and made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend the team at petsownus based on the communication customer service alone!

Really happy with this pet stroller. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and very simple to fold away. The detachable carrier is quick to use, which makes vet trips so much easier.
I was a bit self-conscious about using a pram at first, but I genuinely love it now. It works perfectly for my dog and also fits both of my cats when needed. Plus, it looks beautiful — I love the colour.
First time Ivm've ordered from Pets Own Us, their service was excellent. They kept me updated and delivery was very quick.

Ordered a stroller for my dachshund who had a spinal opp. Price £300 elsewhere, got it from here for £221 delivered. Absolutely delighted. Delivered quickly and with no issues.

Absolutely excellent and very fast service. First stroller was sent with no wheels but lots of apologies & immediately replaced, & when I wasn’t happy with my first choice they sent another type for me to try on trust. I couldn’t be more happy with this company & their service. They really go out of their way to make sure they have happy customers. I am so pleased I used this company!

Received new stroller. Unfortunately one of the tyres had a puncture. I need not have worried. When I informed the support team they were on the case immediately and everything was sorted. I would have given a 5 * review if stroller had been delivered with no fault.

What can I say , a fantastic company that has brilliant old fashioned customer care …where they go above and beyond to help you . I purchased the Innopet Monaco buggy as an upgrade from my former buggy but unfortunately there was a manufacters fault with it , which was no fault of Pets Own Us . I contacted them and to be honest was concerned how they would respond. They were absolutely fantastic!! I dealt with Patrick who was so incredibly helpful ,polite and professional. He arranged for the buggy to be collected from my home with no cost to myself , and I decided to replace it with the Innopet avenue and a refund of the difference. I received my new replacement buggy the next day after the other was collected and a couple of days later my refund was received.
I would advise anybody to use this company as they truly are fantastic….thank you Pets Own Us for everything and a special shout out to Patrick for all your help.

Fantastic company to deal with, amazing customer service and although we didn’t end up finding the right coat for our dog, they answered questions, were really helpful and so easy to communicate with to try and get the right size.
Definitely use them again for anything doggo related
