I bought both the transparent rain cover and the orthopedic memory foam cushion for my InnoPet stroller, and they’ve been fantastic. The rain cover fits perfectly, keeps my dogs dry, stays secure in windy weather, and still gives them a clear view out. The memory foam cushion is really comfortable and has made a noticeable difference, especially on longer walks, as my dogs settle much more easily.

I ordered from PetsOwnUs and couldn’t be happier with the service. Delivery was really quick, everything arrived well packaged, and both products are excellent quality and fit perfectly. They’ve made the stroller even better. Definitely worth the money and I’d highly recommend both the products and PetsOwnUs.

I ordered the eco stroller as im going on holiday and the wee man is getting old and id like him to enjoy his holiday with out any pain and this did not disapoint well put together and comfy the wee man took to it instantly so i ordered the orthapedic cushion to make him more comfartable it also came when it said it would definetly recomend pets own us for your furballs needs

Pram came really quickly and very easy to put it together. Alex loves sitting in it watching the world go by! So easy to steer/push and manoeuvres round things very easily would recommend

Good personal service from Patrick. The Hercules stroller is well made and easily folds down for transport. Allowed us to take our 12yo arthritic LabxCollie to the beach so we could all have a good day out. Once he was zipped in, he lay down and appeared to appreciate not having to walk all the way.

Pets own us should be very proud of their customer service! Wow what a company. Ordered a buggy for my dog, my fault wrong size. The company were brilliant and organised a replacement for me. Delivery was very quick. Prices reasonable. Cheaper than the company who makes the buggy’s own website. Thank you again for all your help.

Absolutely fantastic company! Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I wasn't sure which dog stroller to choose and they gave me great advice via WhatsApp with a couple of choices for my senior Chihuahua. Once I ordered, delivery was super fast and when the first stroller I chose was too big they organised it to be collected, delivered a smaller one and actioned my refund all within 48 hours. At every step the person I was dealing with was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and extremely efficient, going above and beyond. On top of that their products are great!
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and will be telling all my doggy parents to shop with them 🐾

Pets Own Us has been absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! The knowledge, customer service and insight to the best bike trailer/buggy for my very large Goldendoodle- Tacoma (9 years old and slowing down with age) ❤️! We are very pleased with our purchase of the Ibiyaya Speedy Evolution Pet Stroller and our experience with this company. We were initially hesitant to place an online order for a big ticket item not having seen it in person, however the website was very informative and the responsiveness of the company”s customer service department put our mind at ease. Delivery was really quick. It’s a fantastic stroller, we like the easy steering, its compact size, its weight and how quickly it will fold down / go up. We wish we had purchased it sooner.

We needed a pet stroller for our ageing dog and found one at Pets Own Us. Unfortunately when it arrived we found we had ordered one that was too big for the house/car and for my wife to push.

Excellent company.
Ordered the innopet adventure stroller for my elderly dog and there was a manufacturing issue with it. Contacted Patrick and he went the extra mile and within fifteen minutes of contacting him our replacement stroller was on its way and collection arranged for the faulty one. Amazing customer service so caring and understanding. Thank you so much I have one happy dog
