Fantastic fan and light, does exactly what it says it will on the box. My initial light panel did not work. I reached out to customer support and within a week I had a replacement, installed it, and everything is working perfectly. This fan is whisper quiet, even on the highest setting and the remote button to change from summer to winter is a game changer for this short person.

I am a first time customer. I ordered the 56 in wood blade ceiling fan thru a contractor. The fan was much more than expected, it is beautiful and of the highest quality. When my worker put the fan up the motor and remote control had been switched so it would not work..I immediately contacted Sofucor and explained what happened..Sofucor handled this by sending me replacement parts at no charge..I highly recommend Sofucor fan company..the fan is 5 Star and customer service is 5 Star. 100% satisfied..

Impressive customer service! Their fans are beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for. However it started making a clicking noise and grinding when turned off. Not too noticeable by day, but loud enough to wake me up at night. After going to Home Depot website to get any troubleshooting info and reviews tips, and trying those out, I got Sofucor’s email out of last resort, not expecting much. But I was wrong! Right away I was given a reply and resolution! They mailed me a new part and that did the trick! I had never heard of this brand and was therefore reticent of getting something that you basically live with forever, plus the cost of installation, and in my case, a whole electrical wiring and subsequent ceiling repair. But it was so perfect in other ways. I’m so glad I did! I can for sure buy from Sufocor again.

I’ve had my fan for about 6 years. Affordable, Beautiful, Good air movement. It had an issue where the receiver went out. Customer aupport, ‘Noa’ was print and helpful. No delays.

I’m very happy with both the quality of the fans and the customer service I received. The fans are well made, look great, and have excellent airflow.

There was an issue with the color of one of the fans I received, and customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, acknowledged the mistake, and immediately arranged to send the correct fan. They made the entire process easy and hassle-free.

Mistakes can happen with any order, but how a company handles them says a lot. I was extremely pleased with how this was resolved and would definitely purchase from Sofucor again.

This is a beautiful and extremely quiet ceiling fan. I purchased it in 2025. My remote was accidentally crushed and I had no way to fix it. I contacted this company and they understood my issue and immediately sent a replacement. Bravo to Sofucor. I recommend them.

I contacted the company to buy a replacement part after our fan's warranty had expired. The company went out of their way to provide support and a replacement for free. This was above and beyond service. They were quick to volunteer and I had received everything within days.

I bought 5 fans for my new home, about an year ago. One in my bedroom stopped working due to fault in receiver. I emailed to support team of Sofucor fan and they asked me to send video of the issue. After sending video, it took 2 reminder for follow up but they mailed new receiver and remote and now my fan is working.
I am happy and impressed with their customer service.

I ordered a ceiling fan form this company and it is beautiful. Well made, pretty easy assembly. Even better, Sufacor customer service is excellent. While installing the fan, the handy man dropped the light cover, and it cracked. I reached out to the company to purchase a replacement, and they responded immediately. Highly recommend!

We bought two fans to install. The first one was easy, so was the second. The second had an issue with the motor not turning. They had me send a picture and a video to see if they could diagnose the problem, but it was internal. At that time they sent me a new motor, had it in about three business day, hooked it up and we are all good. Smooth service!

We had one light go out on our fan. We had bought 2. We called and they sent us a new one without any problem. They were 2 years old. We like our fans and were happy they were willing to send a new light.

This company is amazing! The remote to our fan recently broke so we had to go online and purchase a new remote and receiver, but we accidently purchased the wrong receiver. So I contacted the company about my concerns and they were very quick with their response and shipped a new remote and receiver ASAP at no cost to us. 🩷

Starting out looking for a new fan for our new porch took MONTHS. I just could not find what I was looking for as an all in one with features plus looks. Along came Sofucorfan through Home Depot! They were the complete package and the only company offering a smart fan also with app and remote at the same time that was 76 inches and was made from real wood! This fan has been outside for over two years and works great! All of our friends and family complement it and plan to buy the exact fan for their own porches and homes as they are being built! I have reached out for support to Sofucorfan two times in the past 2 years and they have always been quick to respond and have always been more than accommodating and have sent replacement fan blades and now a replacement remote. All of these problems were no fault of them, there was one fan blade that didn’t click in all the way and they ended up sending a complete set of blades just in case. Incredible and awesome company and the best support I’ve received in a long time. I’ll be buying more fans for other properties and rooms no doubt from Sofucorfan. This is the real deal!

I have 3 Sofucor ceiling fans. I love each one of them. They are stylish, quiet, and efficient. One fan runs constantly all summer long and intermittently during the winter. The others run all night long. No issues after 3 years of use. Great fans, great price, great customer service.
