Excellent service

I was having an absolute nightmare trying to download windows 10, after buying windows 11!
My sanity was saved by Charles and Mark who were brilliant.

Alex & Charles did an amazing job assisting me installing Windows 10. It's a blessing to receive A+ customer service. I'm grateful I was privileged to connect with Alex & Charles. Thank you both for all that you do for me and many others. I would highly recommend MSofficestore.

Purchased Windows Pro, first code didn't work, but contacted support and they responded immediately and got me a corrected code. A+ for service and price. Thank you MSofficestore.

EXCELLENT TECH HELP

EXCELLENT TECH HELP: I had a difficult problem with installing Visio (which I had just bought from MSofficestore). Charles was absolutely FIRST CLASS in sorting it out for me. I was short of time and the issue was solved in 2 mins. I actually enjoyed the process!

Great Service

Website is very easy to navigate, find products, and make purchases. I had an issue after purchase and Charles help me on chat right away to resolve issue and proceed.

I was skeptical of whether this would…

I was skeptical of whether this would work. In fact the first key I got did not work, but the second key I received from Jason was successful. I used the real microsoft download tool to install windows. All is well now. I will keep this company in mind for future purchases.

Mark answered all my questions with knowledge, skill and patience. Nothing I did wrong, or could not achieve, phased him.
All my problems, large and small were solved on both the PC and the new laptop.
