Needed Windows 10 downgrade on a new PC.
Super easy purchase and download process.
Very prompt live chat support.
And all so much cheaper than elsewhere.....however they do it, it works!

Good price, simple purchase and download experience. Given that every customer likely has a different configuration of Windows and Office going on, I suppose it is hard to write simple installation instructions. I floundered and had to contact the chat service for assistance. Charles answered my plea and was super helpful, despite my hesitance to sign up for a free 3-day support trial that I would need to cancel (I did not). The answer turned out to be a simple fix and I was connected and into the app in just a few minutes.

Alex assisted me with a software challenge today.
Alex expedited my concerns and was able to resolve my issues within a timely manner.

I was experiencing problems with setting-up Windows on my MacBook PRO (M2 MAX) so I could run Parallels. I had reviewed online that Windows 10 was compatible with the M2 chip as a friend had informed me of some issues with Windows 11.

Mark provided "First Class" assistance and also went out of his way to research information to help with the Parallels install, where we discovered the Windows 10 was no longer supported for the M2 on Parallels, where he then further assisted me in getting the Windows 11 installed and the system up and running.

Cannot recommend this service highly enough!

Successful upgrade to Windows 10. There was a slight complication with files backed up from the old install interfering with the new install, but Mark was able to rapidly provide me a link to a video showing exactly how to eliminate these files and get things working properly.

Can't praise these genius guys enough. Spent HOURS helping me set up a very complicated programme and very patient with this stroke victim. Alex and your colleagues, you rock!!

Charlie was very helpful. I bought a license key, but it didn't work for my activation. After verifying that I had purchased the product and that I was getting an error message via a screenshot, Charlie have me another code to try. It worked. Quick and helpful service.

Super quick and clear responses by Charles. I am an attorney that is not so proficient @ IT matters. I was apprehensive to try the anydesk experience (allowing remote access to your computer) for confientiality reasons. Charles understood, reassured me re maintaining confidentiality and resolved everything within 2 minutes. Very pleased with this service.
