I have never experienced this level of customer service. Moshin helped me solve every problem I was having, and completely held my hand throughout the installation process.

I installed TIA Portal V18 in Windows 11 and didn't work. i contacted the support team and they reviewed the issue immediately. The reason was Windows 11 is not working well with TIA then I installed Windows 10 and everything was perfect.
The support response was perfect and I will not hesitate to buy any other software from them.

Great Software but Missing a Few Important Tools

I had a good experience using LicensedSoft. The program is easy to install, works smoothly, and offers great value for the price. It helped me complete many tasks without issues, and overall it’s a reliable solution for everyday document work.

However, I believe the software could be even better with a few improvements that many users—including myself—really need:

A “Flatten Selection” and “Flatten All” tool – This is essential for securing documents and finalizing forms.

Ability to add multiple stamps and signatures – This would make the workflow much faster, especially for business users handling many documents.

Aside from these missing features, the software is solid and performs well. I hope the company adds these tools in future updates, which would make the product even more complete.

I bought software here partly because of the positive reviews on Trustpilot. I keep trying to warn people about this company but Trustpilot keeps deleting my reviews. Three times now. So be aware that the reviews here may be skewed toward the positive.

I lost nearly $300. I am rewriting this review again in the hope that Trustpilot will do the right thing and let me warn others, but I don't know what I'm supposed to say. I cannot say good things about a company that tricked me.

LicensedSoft says on its site that it sells "legitimate" and "authentic" licenses.

What they sold me was pirated software that they downloaded for free from a site called GetintoWAY. You can see that on Trustpilot that site has reviews that say, "Don't download any software from Getintoway.com because they inject malware and hack your account," and "only virus don't donwload" (two reviews, both negative, but somehow Trustpilot gives it a rating of 2.9).

Everything I have said about LicensedSoft is true; nearly everything that LicensedSoft has told me is untrue. They did not sell me a legitimate license. My only goal here is to warn people, so please, Trustpilot, let the negative reviews stay. No one else needs to go through what I went through.

There are at least three major risks to downloading pirated software: 1) You can be sued especially if you're using this for commercial purposes (as CAD and so forth often is), 2) You can get trojans or ransomware on your computer, or 3) The software doesn't install correctly as it triggers Windows' antivirus which quarantines files as it did in my case.

But it also makes no sense to pay hundreds of dollars for what you could download for free; I wanted a legitimate license, not a risky one. If I mention anything about legality I think this review will be erased, but make your own judgment.

While LicensedSoft told me, "There is no risk at all in this software," on the contrary GetintoWAY says on its website that it "hosts software that is cracked", that its "software licenses are typically not legitimate", and, "Using such software can be illegal..." It warns of "a risk of malware".

I am only trying to warn YOU. If Trustpilot lets me. I even provided them with proof and documentation, but still they deleted my reviews.

I have some real choice words to use about this company, but I'm hoping that this tame review will be allowed through.

Personally, I have treated this as a criminal matter and have filed a report with the UK police, as well as reporting it to Corel, Microsoft, the UK Insolvency Service, and others, and have disputed the charges with my credit card company (still ongoing). I reached out to people in Leigh, UK to see whether there is a physical business presence there (seemingly not, and a business update says that a director has moved to Pakistan).

I wanted a legitimate license. So I had to buy software all over again from Corel.

It has been a real pain for me. Not least of which is trying to get Trustpilot to allow me to warn others. I was tricked in part because I read the positive reviews here, which are touted by LicensedSoft, as I did not realize that negative reviews can so easily be contested and then erased on Trustpilot.

When I told LicensedSoft what a pain this has been for me, they replied, "I understand your problem. Thanks and Good Luck for your struggles 🤞🏻😊."

Needless to say, they did not offer me a refund.

I bought the software because it was at a great price, but that means that in order to use the software it must contain a crack file that has a high level of danger? Do I have to disconnect from the internet and completely turn off the protection on my computer? When I wrote to you why it was so cheap, I was told that it was because you had purchased many licenses. But if you have the original license, you don't need a crack file that has a high level of danger. It's a shame because this was my first and last purchase.

I thought this company was a legitimate software reseller, but after purchasing, instead of receiving a serial number for my license, I was given a link to download a cracked version of the software. Basically, I paid for pirated software. Stay away!

Great and fast Service , friendly People

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this merchant. Instead of providing a proper license or installation process, they sent me an executable file and asked me to disable my antivirus because it was being flagged as a virus. This alone raises serious red flags.
To be honest, the method they’re using feels more like cracked or unauthorized software rather than a legitimate product.
I requested a refund due to these issues, but I have not received my money back to this day.
I strongly advise others to avoid this seller.
