Mohsin is THE man! I've been using Microsoft 30+ years, been in tech 16+ years and have worked with developers and tech people all over the world. Mohsin is at the top! Knowledgeable, Professional, Tech Savvy, Courteous...the list goes on. LicensedSoft is an absolute joy to work with, the products are outstanding and saving $$ is always an accomplishment! Simply amazing experience all around.

Well I had some stebacks with the payment process, 1st trough bank transfer, Loyds (intermidiate bank behave very badly, more than 13 to 14 days and still the money wasn't deliver to LicensendSoft to buy the software, I had to order the cancel and money back, and those "Loyd's"moron$ charge me a fee to return my money back, totaly inadmissible to pay for someones (Loyd's bank) incompetence, then we try through PayPall the payment simply would not be aloud, still can not undestand why, never I had any issue with PayPall, so till today I don't know why the payment wasn't process by them, finaly we try the site payment method and after what 17 days or so, I finaly could be able to enjoy the software, the installation took a while, but well worthy since its not that simple, your employee was, is, very helpfull indeed with all this phases and diferent attempts, Sarah is her name, she is a super emplyoee, bravo!!

They solved my problem properly and ensured less to less money loss and helped me after the work was done price is also reasonable and work was brilliant i recommend them very much

Everything was fine. I received the download link quickly. The purchased program works well. The customer service was very helpful. I will buy from them again.

Kwam voor het eerst in contact met dit bedrijf en wilde op zondag iets bestellen. Kreeg op die dag mijn betaling niet rond en dit bedrijf reageerde daarop.
Boden een alternatief zodat ik mijn bestelling toch kon afronden. Direct daarna werd mijn bestelling verwerkt en verzonden, kreeg daarbij ook gratis een upgrade geleverd. Bedankt nog voor dat laatste en zeer vriendelijk behandeld. Top en kom zeker nog een keer terug bij dit bedrijf.

I counted on the good score here in Trustpilot and ordered a software, paid 50 Pounds.
I have two layers of malware protection that blocked the installation. Turned out it is not a genuine legit software, probably a hack that could send important information out there.
They did not agree to refund. Not surprised. Beware of buying from them.
