Very disappointed with the whole…
Very disappointed with the whole transaction with Snakehive. I received the parcel but it looked like it had been repackaged. I didn't think it was the size I'd ordered but I had no proof as I'd signed in as a guest.
The phone case was not worth £26; it was more like something you'd get from the market.
I wanted a refund but the online system wouldn't take my order number. I phoned up twice and was disconnected. Eventually I made contact and they said the wrong order number was on the packing slip. Another reason I think the wrong order was sent to me.
I then asked for the postage and shipping to be credited because I wasn't happy with the case's quality but they said that went against their returns policy.
I hadn't received my refund for almost 10 days. So I contacted them and was miraculously told I'd be refunded the same day but that it could take 10 days for the money to be in my account! That's far too long for a an electronic payment to be made.
I got the refund but they took £5 off for postage! Royal Mail tracked is only £3.29.
Complete rip off, would never buy from them again.

Never ever buy any other phone case
Never ever buy any other phone case! I've bought at least 10 over the years for various phones and for various family members. Availability of the appropriate case from Snakehive is high on the list when I look to upgrade my phone!

i have had a snakehive case for the last 5 years and its outlasted my phone.
i have had a snakehive case for the last 5 years and it has given exceptional service but having just upgraded my trusty samsung s21 to a S26 it was time for a new case because the buttons were in a slightly different position, so the choice was easy to make and hence a new snakehive case has just arrived.

A beautiful quality product
I recently purchased a Samsung phone case in a Tan colour from Snakehive. I am very happy with it, the quality, the feel of the leather and the overall design is very satisfying and pleasing. Good quality and long lasting
I always come back to Snakehive for a new phone case when my husband changes his phone. He thinks it’s good quality, they have his favourite colour and it’s long lasting. I like that they’re here in the UK. Speedy delivery and very good and efficient customer service if I’ve needed to email them.

Ik kreeg een telefoonhoesje toegestuurd dat duidelijk afweek van het getoonde model op de website. De kaartsleuven zaten wel 1,5 cm hoger dat getoond. Je kan je product retour zenden, maar dat moet naar een adres in Polen. Daar zijn hoge kosten aan verbonden en die vergoeden ze niet.

FRAUD ALERT
"Company" takes your money immediately and sends NOTHING. REFUSES to give a refund for something they DID NOT SEND. I don't understand how this kind of behavior can be allowed. I pay for thing - you send thing. You don't send thing, you give my money back. Why is this so tough for this "company" to understand.
