Absolutely amazing! Never even heard of this place but really wanted a belt with the word toxic on. It's perfect. The service was fast and item was bang on. Will definitely be a returning customer. Love it!

I received such great service from Bob, I emailed with a question about a design, he replied fast, made the design, and then sent my order out the next day, thank you!

I contacted BuckleBox by email with a custom request. I had a response within an hour informing me their website had been amended enabling me to place an order, and within 48 hours I had my new belt. The quality of the belt is excellent, and I couldn't be happier. This is the kind of service you hope for, but unfortunately seldom get. Very impressive, very helpful, and very much appreciated. It does restore some faith in humanity knowing there are still companies out there that appreciate and acknowledge their customers. Thank you!

Thank goodness for BuckleBox. Came across whilst looking for a replacement buckle for my much loved Wrangler belt when the buckle snapped. I wanted to find a solid, quality stainless steel in a similar style. Hen's teeth! Looked everywhere but nothing came close to BuckleBox and the price was bonus! Easy to order. Quick and efficient confirmation and shipping. Within a couple of days I have a belt that is even better than before. They even sent me a complimentary key ring with the beautifully packaged buckle. Very unfortunate. The website is active you're able to load your cart but not able to complete the transaction. As you attempt to execute the transaction you greeted by a banner saying that the business is closed.
If the languages ambiguous that is that the physical location is closed it should state that.
I sent two emails over the course of the last two weeks asking if the website was still taking orders and no reply, however I receive a survey for my purchase. I'll remind you is never completed since the establishment says it's closed.
What would have been nice is a reply from the company stating yes we're open yes we're shipping yes we have inventory....
But no I get some puffery survey and still have no product to purchase.

Absolutely appalling!! Found their site and thought they might be able to supply a replacement belt buckle for one that had broken. Initially sent email (with 2 photos attached) to the 'Sales' email address on their website, now 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for any reply or acknowledgement! Then completed their online form (including my contact details) explaining previous mail. Again no reply whatsoever. Finally amazed to receive an email yesterday thanking me for my purchase!! - and asking me to review my experience for Trustpilot!! Before writing this review I emailed them again yesterday outlining my experience before I reviewed trhem. No reply to date! Also have tried several times to call the phone number on their website. I get an American voice telling me the phone user has activated 'do not disturb' and is not accepting calls at this time?! How bad can customer service get? They clearly have a major problem with market communication - and need to get it sorted out! Impossible to deal with until they do!

The item I wanted was out of stock and I used their contact us page to ask when item would be back in stock. To date (a week) zero reply - hence low rating

Looking for new buckle and a bit of advice, Bucklebox web site looked good but had a "closed till friday " warning, tried ringing - do not disturb outgoing message.
E mailed asking how best to secure new buckle - no response.
E mailed asking if they were up and running - no response.
E mailed asking if post screws back in stock - no response.
E mail from B. ucklebox to me asking for feedback on my purchase via Trustpilot but if any outstanding issues to contact direct ,which I did but no response to date.
I appreciate that they may have been overtaken by events but I do not have any confidence in ordering the bits I want .

I will look foward in terms of making my next purchase.Which will a chocolate brown buffalo 38mm snap leather belt medium size .When you reopen on Thursday December 17th
