Could Do Better!
I bought the new folio for the duo and I thought it was good but the stand does not work so I am not super happy, tried customer services to show me an image but no reply almost 5 stars just need to ensure you give 360 support and not getting a response with a picture of how the stand works = 3 ⭐️ sorry but I am disappointed, I also asked for a suitable screen protector but could not help so support = 2⭐️ John

Steer clear
Tried to charge me £6.48 to exchange an item, then issued a returns label as I disputed the charge, now they have the returned item they are back to wanting the £6.48. I previously wrote a negative review which I changed as I thought they made good on their approach to treating customers - I was wrong
(I now expect a reply from them going blah blah we are not at fault - yawn_)

The case for my s26 ultra lasted about…
The case for my s26 ultra lasted about 4 months then fell apart.
In reply to your comment, i did contact customer support who offered me a discount which I kindly rejected, after that I was offered a free replaced which I accepted however that was three weeks ago so clearly nothing was sent out, not good customer service and an even product that lasted only 6 months.

Bonded cow/pig leather.
Misleading on the quality of the leather, very thin and is bonded cow/pig leather. For the price I was expecting full grain leather (one piece). I paid less for a full grain case for my S23 and it wore beautifully. This new case already has ridges where the leather folds because the two materials don't stretch the same. Feels like a cheaper product. The case does fit the S26 snugly. I don't think the durability is there.

"Glass" screen protector wasn't glass.
I bought a glass screen protector, they sent me a plastic screen protector.
I queried it, they told me I was wrong.
I've never seen glass bend, dent or easily scratch like this. Weirdest glass I've ever seen.
The fact that sent me a different product to what was advertised annoyed me. The thing that made me write a bad review was them blaming me and not sending me what I ordered.
