Was shown as in stock. Weeks after it was due to arrive I called them, on back order with no ETA and no thought to contact me. Finally arrived several months later on the day I was investigating a forced refund through PayPal.

A Happy Customer Twice Over!
This is the second time I've bought from this firm in as many weeks, the first time a 6-volt charger, and now the 12-volt job. Both times they've been delivered promptly in a nice secure well-wrapped package. I thoroughly recommend them to all bikers who, like me, like to go back to a bike with a battery that is fully charged and ready to go, even if it is for the first time after a long lay-up.
