A bit apprehensive about using this…
A bit apprehensive about using this CTEK for the first time, but able to connect it up without any problem, and it then worked like a charm reaching #7 in an hour. Excellent service from Smarterchargers.

Excellent customer service, even for a small order
I ordered a couple of cables and connectors for a CTEK charger. The first parcel was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, who were less than helpful! Chris at Smartchargers responded to my email very promptly and promised to resend my order, which he did. Unfortunately, one item was missing when the parcel arrived. Once again, Chris responded promptly and promised to send the missing item the same day. Chris went to a lot of trouble to ensure my small order was fulfilled to my satisfaction as soon as I let him know what had happened. Great customer service!

Great range of CTEK chargers all competitively priced. I purchased the CTEK MSX 5 pack, great value with all the connectors you are likely to require. Spot on charger best I have ever used. The charger was delivered within a couple days and I was kept in the loop as to its progress. Brilliant service….

C Tech smart charger
I needed a Smart charger quickly and the C Tech was exactly what was required. It came very quickly and the price was competitive. I have used it twice and all seems well.

The Shop app was useless.
The Shop app was useless.
Smart chargers said they use DPD or Royal Mail
but neither company made contact for a delivery date.
I did email Smartchargers to clarify who was going to deliver with a date but they did not respond.
Smartchargers conditions were for a signature on delivery but I found the package on my doorstep after being away.
From ordering to delivery took 6 days.
The charger its self is fantastic.

The charger was delivered to incorrect address…
The charger was delivered the following day as expected but was delivered to the wrong address - this as the address on the package was incorrect despite address on actual order (by myself) being correct. I did manage to track the package down despite some confusion
