I ordered a Smeg coffee machine, the price was half what I would have paid to Argos for the same machine and arrived within 2 working days as promised. Really hard to find any fault with that!

Bought this hoover for my Aunt

Poor order communication and slower than advertised delivery
Placed order for in stock coffee machine with express 2 day delivery, 5 days later no order update and no sign of product.
Reply to below - I hadn’t received an email, had not received any communication from the courier, and the Shop tracking app showed “order placed” but no further communication.
In fact, I only received a tracking number and a shipment notification an hour after submitting this review.
The bottom line is that 2 day express delivery has taken 6 calendar days so far, and has only been confirmed after chasing twice. The original review stands.

Hello David, thank you for your feedback however your machine was dispatched on Monday and tracking details sent via email. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you haven’t received your machine then there could be an issue via the parcel carrier and I would encourage to contact customer service during business hours as mentioned within the faqs. Your order was placed Friday evening after the 1pm cut off. We only deliver on business working days therefore you wouldn’t have received any communication over the weekend anyway. Your order was dispatched the next working day which was the Monday. I’d be grateful if you can amend your feedback to reflect this and I shall chase the team tomorrow to see what’s happend to your order.

The 2nd engineer attended but he said that he did not find a parking space so he left

Your order was placed via Klarna 13:27, an email confirmation was sent right after, your dispatch confirmation email which included your tracking link was sent to you on the 23rd Oct at 22:15. Sometimes our emails can be blocked depending on your email filters and may have entered your spam/junk folder. This is explained within our FAQs on our website.
