Excellent app. This app has progressed so well in the last few years from using it in 2024 and 2026 it’s a big difference. This time I was able to scan all receipts well and generate the barcode and the refund received within 24hrs of scanning the barcode at the terminal.

App very easy to use, Used the machine at the Le Shuttle near Whsmiths.

The skiptax app itself is amazing! I got back from Paris last night at 10pm and was paid by 10am this morning.
Using it for Disneyland Paris receipts is super easy - for other shops it became a bit of a nightmare asking for invoices. Not many understood, a few ushered me to the tax free counter even though I hadn't spent enough for counter services (so make sure you stand your ground and ask for the invoice).
I would probably use skiptax for Disney and Global Blue for other shopping in France!

J'étais sceptique mais ai suivi les étapes en me disant "si ça marche tant mieux, sinon tant pis". La démarche est très bien expliquée dans l'application et très facile à faire valider à la borne (pour nous à Le Shuttle à Calais). J'ai reçu mon remboursement de taxe en moins de 12h, je recommande vraiment!

Clear instructions for both the user and merchant which makes the process very easy.

Great App, easy to use and very quick.

I've had the app for a couple of years now, and used 3 or 4 times. Extremely easy to use, and providing you follow the instructions regarding your purchase receipt, claiming the tax back is practically effortless, just make sure you know where the barcode scanner is at the departure point.

Encore une fois, Skiptax est d'une grande efficacité: processus de soumission des factures tres simple, bonne communication en cas d'elements manquants (par ex. photos des produits), et rapidité dans le remboursement. Skiptax bat tous les concurrents en terme de rapidité et d'efficacité, notamments les gros acteurs Global Blue / Planet Tax qui sont d'une grande lenteur et inefficaces

Quite impressed with the ease of this. Maybe needs clearer explanation eg, confirm you don’t need paper copy & what’s the actual process to follow because there are a few options when you go to the office but still ok. Will use again.

Not too hard to understand the process. Funds were paid into bank account in 7 days as the site stated they were very busy. Overall worth using to receive the tax back on your goods.

When you learn how-to claim, and do it a few times, it becomes quite a doddle. And definitely worth doing. It does add up. Recommended

Great app. Very straight forward and guides you perfectly. Final scan carried out at le shuttle and refund added into my account just over a week later. Will absolutely use again.

Passez par le lien que vous allez recevoir par courriel au lieu de l' application qui parfois présente des " bugs" comme la prise de photo.
Mais 3 eime utilisations et nous allons reprendre pour notre prochain voyage.
Nous avons utilisé dans le passé une autre application qui était au final plus compliquée , demandante et nous avons rien reçu en retour de taxes.

The scanning machines didn’t work in Calais so I went to the desk to have my bar code scanned. Once scanned the money arrived quickly

The guy at Calais Wine Superstore entered all the details, scans and selfies on my phone. The customs official scanned the barcode and 3 days later a nice credit appeared in my bank account.
Perfect!

The Skip Tax App was so easy to use. I would just scan the receipt. It kept running total and I just had to use the kiosk at CDG and got the green check. There are a few things to do after the green check. I didn’t know I had to do until I looked at the app again. I still hadn’t gotten my refund and I checked the app again and it needed some more info. As soon as I did that I got the money 2 days later.

Excelent, very simple & it works, enough said.
