The skates I ordered were great

Great comfy fit
The guards are a really comfortable fit delivery was in good time. My only slight issue is the solid plates are only glued onto the glove not stitched and so there is a great chance of it coming unstuck in time so for price I would have expected them to be of a more durable and secure connection.

The skates were for my 3 year old…
The skates were for my 3 year old grandson. It was his first time on skates. We were a little worried he wouldn’t be able to manage walking in them. Having had some one hold his hand for about 2 mins he was off on his own. Great product 👍🏾

Do not buy from this company they are a scam! They Took my money and cancelled my order because my delivery address was different from my billing address (I work away so have parcels delivered to a family member) and now will not give me a refund.

Thank you for taking some time to leave us a review.
As my colleague informed you, we had to cancel your order because our system flagged it as suspicious. This might be due to the fact that the billing address is different from the shipping address. This happens due to your order being flagged by our system and the payment you have chosen, not providing the security needed.
The reservation disappeared from your account instantly upon cancellation of the order. This means that the money had only being reserved from your account and once the order had being cancelled the reservation disappeared and were available back to your account.
So there was no refund in the way you might have expected. There was only a reservation of the money from your account and once the order was cancelled the reservation was simply disappeared at that moment and the money returned to your account without any notice. This is probably what is confusing you.
We remain at your disposal for anything else needed :)
