I didn’t receive my sons scooter for…
I didn’t receive my sons scooter for his birthday i placed the order on the 1st of October still didn’t receive anything by the 16th I had to order a different one from a different company and still not had my refund of £120 weeks been none stop emailing them but they still not give my money back I’m absolutely furious

It's not you guys
It's not you guys, it's the UK Postal Service. Item not recieved and the tracking is nonsense. Honestly, it's nothing against the shop, it's just not worth ordering from you anymore as the carrier is terrible.
