I would not recommend anyone to get services with simply mobile. They sent me 2 replacement phones that were not the phones I should have received and had another number attached to it. When I activated it, I lost my real number that I had for many years, and they told me it was nothing they could do about it. I have been hung up on by customer service and once I paid my phone off, they would not unlock my phone. They have terrible customer service and terrible service as well. I never want to go back to simply mobile.

Today I had the worst customer support experience ever. I tried to swap to AT&T and keep my same phone number. But they had some sort of protection on my phone number so I couldn’t swap it and the only way to swap it was to call them directly and when I called them, they would always hang up every time I try to swap or try to keep me from not leaving. To take the protection off my phone I needed my ZIP Code, but the ZIP Code they had on file was a random one in Brooklyn New York. They do anything to try to keep you locked in such a headache never use this company absolutely garbage.
Today I'd receivd the worse customer service I ever had.
Since they moved to Verizon I have been having trouble with my phone but I've never been informed of that, only after I called regarding issues. They said they are offering free phones but they are out of phones at the moment.
I've been calling today and I've been online for hours with them and gotten nowhere. I've been disconnected so many times and every time I called back I had to repeat the story over and over again. every time get different advice and opinions.
I am looking for a different carrier.
One of the issues I am having is that even though I am on the home wifi it throws me out and takes from the phone data, meantime I am out of data. I've explained again and again and as a courtesy, I asked for 1 GB for the next few days and they refused I can not describe how bad every conversation was.
I am trying to log in to my account but I can not log in. It doesn't recognize my email nor my phone #.
The service is the worst I've encountered
The service is so bad they keep kicking me off from trying to leave this review. They owe me multiple free months of service. They throttle you phone so bad it is slower with service and WiFi rather than just WiFi alone it is beyond pathetic. There customer service will blame you as the issue when they do nothing to fix anything wish I could give negative 5 stars.

Simple Mobile is one of the worst cell phone companies ever!! If an agent can't help you, they hang the phone up on you, and when you hang the phone up on them, they get upset and send you multiple sales text messages back-to-back (I received 55 text messages yesterday). To top it off, most of them don't know how to do their job. I sent a phone back that I bought from them because they said they would exchange it because I had a warrenty. They even sent packaging for me to send the phone to them. After calling them for about a month straight, trying to get the replacement phone, but they kept lying and saying it was shipped out. I received more then 4 different shipping #, but no phone. At the last moment, they said they don't replace iPhones, and then refused to give the phone back I sent them. I had to contact the state Commissioner to get my phone back. I'm surprised they're still in business!! You would think them merging with Verizon would make them better. NOT!!

For the past 4 months, i've been overpaying for my phone service! i agreed to pay less than $100 each month and the past 4 months i've been paying over $150! each time i call in they say that they "don't see the transaction" after my bank confirming they took the money. shocker, i paid MORE this morning just for my phone to still be off. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP COMPANY!! Customer service is the absolute worst!
I'm in the process of suing Simple Mobile. They deserve to have what's coming to them.

They don’t care about their customers. After years of paying for this service faithfully we fell on hard times. Asked for a grace period or extension and the said no way. Told them I’m unhappy with their customer service and I will be switching companies and they said ok. They don’t even care if they lose customers. Good riddance to this simple company!!

One star is too much for this company, if there ws any less than a 0 i wouldnt hesitate to rate it -. absolutely not recommended, i dont understand how come they giving authorities to companies out of the us to ran business on the territory just to robe and scam clients . The worst phone company ever, with the most rude customer service rep. On planet.earth. The often refer to hanging up when they have.trouble answering questions. They sent me a new sim card as they.are merging with Verizon. The.sim card wasn't working on my phone and.noone. could help. Later I was told to buy a sim card. I did and that did not solve the problem. I found out from my local phone.retailer that it is a constant problem with all former.simple mobile customers trying to make the.switch to Verizon. Noone warns you you may need a new device. My phone is relatively new and I didn't plan to buy a new one any soon.
Complete waste of money
Purchased this in New York to work with a Samsung A13. Tried to remove the silver foil to reveal the pin but the first 3 numbers rubbed off completely. Thought I would try to cycle through the 999 possible combinations to register the card but then their system wouldn’t recognise the 2 IEMI numbers in my Samsung phone so completely wasted $30. Useless.

The worst phone carrier ever I waited 3 weeks for a SIM card and didn’t receive it called back again for another one still didn’t receive that my phone won’t work without one I’ve lost service time that I paid for due to this also lost my job due to more working from my phone their customer service team didn’t care that I was a single parent lost my job all because they haven’t sent my SIM card to me I would never use their service again they don’t care about their customers.
