If I could give less than 1 I would, my daughter paid up on her phone. It had no service for approx 8 months with no luck calling the representatives. Finally when I thought they got the issue resolved they sent me the same wrong sim card that was the culprit the entire time. Getting anyone on the line to help or call back when the calls get "disconnected" is impossible. I have 2 phones and a hotspot device I'm going to switch to another carrier I just can't trust them after stealing my daughter's money she paid way n advance & then 65$ top up of my own. I just have nothing for this company anymore. B aware if u run into any issues they won't resolve it. It's a viscous cycle to keep u going hence y I bought an additional card, & requested an additional sim. You shouldn't use this company they should b sued for theft.

How do they not know?
I signed up for a 5 line bundle last year. I haven't had any issues up until the past 3 months. Every month now when I go to renew my service, there is always 1 line that will not renew. I called customer service...twice .. because I was not getting anywhere. The second call lasted 27 minutes before I had to end it due to no interaction from customer service. I couldn't understand why they just couldn't review my account, and complete the transaction....I was told they couldn't see all the lines, only 2 of them.... how are they not able to see my account and just update accordingly? I am looking for a different provider.

Would give 0 if I could. Just don't do it. Worst service, lots of headache, long customer service times to get no where. Got a promo code emailed to me for my 20,000 rewards points only for it to not work and loss all my points. Customer service basically they couldn't do anything about the promo code they gave me that didn't work. Just at a loss. Frustrating.

I have been with a lot of cell phone companies, like boost, cricket metro, trac phone,but never had so many problems as I had with straight talk their customer service is horrible they are very rude because they don't have the knowledge to help you so they just hang up on if they don't know what to do and you get some in the Philippines or some other place outside the united states and you get a lot of dropped calleds and your internet will go off line constantly if u don't buy a card with a scratch pin you will lose money, I got load up card which will give a number on the receipt that already in use so I lost 45 dollars so I had to buy another card so I spent 90 dollars which I was very mad they wouldn't refund the 45 dollars so I went to the mobile so I'm not stressed out many more no more issues since I switched

THE WORST when it comes to customer service, switched to Verizon for a better deal and new device. Been back and forth on the phone with Straight Talk and they have been of NO HELP. hung up on me twice after being on hold with no response. first time was an hour 2nd call was 50 minutes. Just trying to "unlock" my PAID OFF device which was not locked up until i go to change SIM cards. DO NOT use these people as your phone carrier.

Worst customer service ever!!!!
I spoke with a customer representative and he talked me into buying 2 Samsung Galaxy phones. I was charged $49.50 twice on my credit card. The idiot salesperson never sent me a confirmation email despite my asking him 3 times to send it. Every time I call Straight Talk, I get the run around saying they can't pull my my account or my order id number. They also can't pull up the tracking number for my items so I can know when they are supposed to arrive so I can refuse them. Worst experience ever!

Terrible company. All they want is money! They scam people. They sell u phones cheap! then when u turn it on its locked and they need another $55 to unlock it . This is policy so u spend on a phone and cant do anything with it unless u spend more. i bought for my kids to watch videos but i have to pay for service or we cant even turn the phone on after purchase! I've spent almost $300 trying to get my phone activated and 7 hours time in total trying to get the service to work. They didn't fix anything just kept wasting my time. They kept telling me to pay for a different type of sim card or service to get the phone to work which never worked. They won't give me a refund even knowing the service was never activated when I specifically told them it never works and they just kept asking for more payments to try something else

Got a text telling me my service would be ending on April 3rd and woke up this morning to my service being out. Call and get the run around so I snapped on whoever the guy was after he told me and I quote “ lady im being as nice as I can to you” who talks to a customer like that?? I will be changing service and will tell everyone I know to NEVER use straight talk. Worst customer service ever. Anytime you ask to speak to a manager on duty there never is one. They have been double charging me for 5 months. I finally changed my debit card number to stop it, the bank suggested after sr8talk REFUSED to acknowledge the double billing. So this month they billed me only once but canceled my service. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT IS A TOTAL SCAM.
