JOKE OF A COMPANY
If I could give them -100 stars I would! They are huge on scamming people out of more money. I paid my bridgepay on time and they said their system shows different and they suspended my account. I even told them that I could send them proof of it. Conveniently they say there is “no way” to email the proof or anything to them. Now they want me to pay 106 more dollars when I have already paid it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They are a joke and will be getting sued.

WE TRIED GETTING THRU TO THEM 5 TIMES AND THEN WHEN WE DID THE MESSAGE WOULD NOT NOT COME THRU THEY SAID THEY WHERE SENDING TO RESET OUR PIN SO WE COULD PAY THE BILL. SO WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE! I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU CAN AFFORD ANOTHER COMPANY THAT YOU SEEK THEM AND TURN A BLIND EYE TO CRICKET. EVERYTIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS MY BLOOD PRESSURE FEELS LIKE IT IS OFF THE CHARTS - THE STRESS IT CAUSES WITH THE DIFFICULTY AND THE HOOPS THEY MAKE YOU JUMP THRU JUST IS NOT WORTH IT! I SEE THERE ARE OTHER BAD REVIEWS - THIS DEFINATELY SHOULD SPEAK FOR ITSELF THAT SOMETHING IS SERIOSLY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. Upgrades are ridiculous
Never had issues with service. When you go to upgrade you should get a better deal than you do. I have been a customer for 10 yrs. The new customers get the best deals. That's fine but someone that has paid alot of money should get same deals!!! Plus you pay insurance you do not get a new phone . You receive a refurbished one. IDC ITS STILL NOT A NEW ONE!!!! Cricket is very rich screwing customers in that way.. need to make changes or gonna lose customers one being me and my 5 phones through them!!

She knew exactly how to easily fix the problem. Shes very customer friendly as well!

They are scammers specially about the features like a hotspot
They cancel your Account and force you to pay for the activation
I had to repeat things 4, 5 times before they could get it.
I give it a one star because of cell/internet service!
As of lately...I give it a one! Dropped calls, dropped Internet, One second everything is fine...next second...I got NOTHING! No Bars! I toggle network and airplane mode back n forth...I get bars...then NADA again! I've checked on a tower maps and there are towers all around me! Guess it'd time to move on to another carrier because CRICKET SUCKS lately!
Worst company ever
I was with this phone company for almost 20 years. My mom had her phone stolen so we called and had her phone reported as stolen. Couple days later we noticed that my mom's Facebook account was changed and the service was turned back on. We got in touch with cricket to find out why the turned back on. The person we was dealing with very unfriendly and told us that she didn't know. She had the phone shut off and reported as stolen again. Within the hour I got a text to my phone that changes had been made to our account. Some how the lady who stole my mom's phone got it turned back on again. My mom got back in touch with them again and went off on them because this lady some how got into our account and change our pin to get into our account. The account was in my mom's name at the time so we had to switch the account into my name. After changing the account into my name she had the phone shut off again. Within an hour I started getting text messages about changes to the account had been made and then the service to my phone had been shut off. We had four phones all together and she the service to all the phones turned off except the phone that she had stolen. We was going back and forth with cricket for a couple of days and all they kept telling us is there's nothing they can do. Mom noticed them we would not being coming back and we went else where. Good way to treat your customers that's been going through you guys for almost 20 years.

Cricket is the most nasty wireless service I have never seen. They took two payments from me and my service still not connected. I lost a lot of opportunities due to bad service. Not recommended

A figurative NIGHTMARE
A figurative NIGHTMARE. After paying for international passport and going to Colombia I was stuck with no way to communicate with my family, communicate with my company, no way to translate, no way to navigate around, no way to access my bank accounts. Even with WiFi, their terrible service won’t let me send or receive any messages. After finally getting ahold of their customer service they advised me to access a link from my email. Well they don’t seem to understand you need service to access email. On top of that, there was no email ever sent to me. During my THIRD call with customer service on what is supposed to be my honeymoon, they informed me that they never collected payment and that I’d have to enter my info manually on the website . Problem was never fixed.

It’s ridiculous. Almost impossible to talk to a customer service rep and once you do get to talk to one, they can not ever help. Their rules are pretty dumb and make peoples lives harder
TOP NOTCH EMPLOYEE DULCE!
I visited the store in aloha on TV highway I was greeted by Dulce. She is very very good at her job. I watched her interact with the couple before myself. She goes above and beyond even walking the customer to the door and opening the door for them thanking them for coming into cricket. I can't even express or find the words to describe her outstanding customer service. A total keeper you want to hang on to that one she is all about cricket all about the customer. She went above and beyond to make sure that I left with the phone in my hand including I was short just two bucks and she found a way to make me walk out of cricket with a phone. Again I have no words there's not enough words to describe her intelligence her knowledge and her ability to listen to the customer and then execute exactly what they needed. The only word that I can think of is EXCELLENT! Thank you cricket for having not only a great phone service but an employee that deserves to be the employee of the year. Thank you DULCE!!
Terrible Customer Service
Paid for hotspot- it didn’t work. Spent over an hour chatting with customer service who didn’t fix the issue and wouldn’t refund me. Cancelled all the hotspots we had. Terrible customer service.
Overcharged
I had contacted Cricket through one of their local stores to drop a line. I left the store under the impression that the matter was resolved. 5 months later they did not. I have been overcharged 47.60 since November of’25. I contacted them again this morning to be told I would get a $47 credit? If I don’t receive full credit for 5 months I will be looking for another service. I have been a cricket customer for approximately 23 years and never had a problem or complaint in all that time.

I have set up and appointment with my lawyer to see what can be done about this company because this is not right for them to do this I would not go with cricket for anything.

Third world cell service
Easily the worst cell company I've ever dealt with. Basic things that you can DIY with other providers like generate a new esim QR code must be done in a store. If you try to do it over the phone or through their online chat, they will drag you through extended holds and collecting all your information only to finally tell you that need to go into a store to get this service done, and then they will abruptly hang up on you. They've done this to me now twice, once for the lost sim issue and once for another issue.
So, if you don't mind giving your money to a cell service company that treats you like crap and makes routine things as complicated as possible, at least make sure you don't ever lose your phone a long drive away from a Cricket store or God forbid overseas or you will be dead in the water until you can get there.
