This is a SCAMMER company! The call center is in India. They messed up my account. Emailed me saying the wrong phone number WHICH I NEVER ATTACHED A NUMBER BECAUSE IT WAS A MOBILE WIFI UNIT I PURCHASED. NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER I GIVE THEM THEY CAN'T FIND MY ACCOUNT - WHICH I'M LOOKING AT IN THEIR APP WHEN I CALL THEM. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!
They don't give you your full amount of high-speed data
I ran out of high-speed data and decided to purchase some data add on. I paid $10 for an additional 5GBs. This was at 9:30am. I turned off my phone and turned it back on to make sure everything reset properly. At 10am I check my data balance and it shows I have 1.98GBs remaining. Less than 30 minutes and I apparently used 3.02GBs. I call the so called customer service line and was told they don't control my data usage and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a supervisor and surprise surprise the supervisor was not available. They couldn't transfer me, give me a phone number or email to get in touch with the supervisor. This was the 2nd time this happened. I the same problem 2 months ago. This time I was sent to refunds and supposedly I will be getting my $10 back. I won't hold my breath.

This is the worst service period. If you want to pay for something that you don’t know if it’s going to work? This is the go to! It’s anyone’s guess every single day if your phone will work or not. You might get to send texts, or make calls. Or maybe you won’t get to at all. Who knows! They will also offer you free phones. Don’t take one, they are worse than what you have and will work even less on their network. Oh, yea… Network! It’s supposed to be on Verizon and they are supposed to have the most coverage anywhere. Well, that’s a lie because it had exactly zero coverage when I went to PA last year and I couldn’t use it at all unless I was on WiFi. The worst phone service I’ve ever used.

The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because customer service through chat has really done everything they can to help me when I have an issue. A problem I recently discovered is that if I turn on wifi calling the next time I reconnect to my wifi my service disappears. Sim status said service disconnected. Took me a few days to figure it out. Turned off my wifi calling and back to no problems. I would be happier with this service if I could get more than one bar when at home. I sometimes have to go outside to talk on the phone because I'm coming in choppy for the person I'm talking to.

This company needs to be shut down! I lost my phone and I tried to call and cancel service or switch my number to a new phone. Mind you the phone is lost, but they said the only way the could verify the account is through a text message. I have a 4 digit pen, when I asked them if I could provide the pen for verification they said they could not take the 4 digit pen number to verify the account. When asked why can’t they use the pen number to verify the account they said they could not tell me why because of security purposes. I asked to speak to a manager, they stated that there was no manager to speak with. They are not friendly at all and they do not care about the customers.

Customer Service is beyond incompetent
Customer Service is beyond incompetent. My service was down for 3x weeks on a mobile hotspot. Called multiple times until I finally got a hold of someone that said they understood the problem, and whom could actually communicate in English. They said they would extend my service date 30 days since virtually no data was used, and then within 2 days my service expired/cut off. Called back and they said there was no record of me calling or this agreement. This is a complete sham of a service with zero percent chance you will ever have a call with customer service that will resolve your problem. There are charging an exorbitant price for the data, and then the service fails constantly on their device. POS, on all fronts!

Company is trash. Can't port my number out. When I cancelled, they just replaced my number with a random number to try and keep billing me for the ACP voucher. But they still held my original number hostage. At first I gave the wrong zip code to T-mobile. Then it was the account number which was supposed to be the imei. Then they said it was not that but a different account number. Everything they say is a lie. They make up crap on the spot. Hang up on you constantly. In 29 years of having a bank account I have only ever reversed charges 2 times. Both times were this trash company.

Where to start?? This review for the DATA WIFI ONLY *** 1) NEVER EVER AUTO RENEW - it NEVER works and it will auto charge even before your gig balance is gone. Told the balance rolls over and my card wont get charge until the full gigs are used then the next day told the exact opposite by a "supervisor" 2) Best way to connect is to buy a card - only available in 1 store by me, 1 hour round trip for 1 card. 3) CRAPPY BEYOND CRAPPY customer service who can't seem to "fix" anything. Don't get me wrong, they are "nice" but service they're not - no one can seem to fix anything or be "allowed" to fix anything or access anything and there are "ZERO SUPERVISORS" YOU CAN SPEAK WITH AT ANYTIME. 4) if you want to change your password, good luck 5) if you need to access your account online to read your balance - good luck. Basically, pray PRAY you can utilize this if you've already bought it. I'll be3 buying something else and this will be my backup.

Total ripoff.
Bought the $25 unlimited 30 day plan, total with fees was actually $33.76 which was not that big of an issue but my credit card was charged that amount 4 times as 4 separate purchases in the space of one minute.
I called customer service, a call center in India, to get the extra 3 charges removed and was treated extremely poorly. The person who took the call said it was impossible for that to happen, called me a scammer and hung up on me. Now I can only hope that my bank can get the charges refunded which may take up to 120 days.

Don’t do it! Simple is the exact opposite of what it is. Auto pay never worked. Ask for a supervisor for any reason you will the associate trying to be a supervisor, you’ll never get to a supervisor, thus you’ll do what most do, say screw this and leave.
