Loft insulation.
The installers arrived prior to the allotted time, it was explained exactly what works were being undertaken.
Before works commence, all flooring and carpets were covered up with sheeting to avoid any mess, works were carried out within the allotted time frame. Any mess was cleared away before the installers left site.
Both installers were polite, courteous and acted in a professional manner the whole duration of the works

They were here installing a new modern boiler for most of the day always refusing drinks. They laid protective covers and cleaned up thoroughly before going.

The three tradesmen arrived at 11.30 am as arranged. All three worked very hard to complete the installation in the loft, two extract fans kitchen & bathroom and trickle vents were fitted to the upvc double glazed windows as discussed.
The work appeared to be of a good standard, the workforce cleared up oncompletion, and took away all arisings and rubbish, they left around 6o/c the same evening for the long drive home.

Heating Issue Resolved
Heating was fitted by Simple Green in the Summer 2024, however when came to switch it on for the winter I could not get it to work. Vishal and his team worked very heard to try and get the issue resolved. Vishal especially was very efficient and kept me informed at all times and shows his compassion for the problem. I am very pleased to say it has finally been resolved and the house is lovely and warm again.

Avoid Simple Green Energy – Unprofessional and Incompetent
I had a terrible experience with Simple Green Energy as part of the Great British Insulation Scheme. The service was disorganised, unprofessional, and riddled with delays. Despite multiple visits and assurances, they failed to complete the insulation work and caused damage to my property, which remains unresolved.
Highlights of my experience:
• The ‘surveyor’ arrived 5 hours late and was completely unprepared. He damaged my walls and left holes unfilled.
• Appointments were repeatedly missed or delayed without proper communication.
• Installers admitted the survey was poorly conducted, leading to further delays.
• Despite confirming the feasibility of the work, I was later told they would not proceed, wasting months of my time.
The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability has been beyond frustrating. I strongly advise avoiding Simple Green Energy if you value your time, property, and peace of mind.

Our primary goal is to help make homes more energy-efficient, and we genuinely tried to assist with improving the energy efficiency of your property. After a thorough assessment, it was found that a significant portion of your property (44%) consists of solid walls, which unfortunately does not meet the criteria for cavity wall insulation under the Great British Insulation Scheme. As such, we were unable to proceed with the installation, as it didn’t align with government guidelines that require properties to have cavity walls.
We do acknowledge that our surveyor arrived an hour later than scheduled, and we appreciate your patience with the situation. Communication is something we take very seriously, and we made every effort to keep you informed. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.
Throughout the process, we have made multiple attempts to reach you to address the damage caused and to offer a resolution. Unfortunately, we have been unable to connect, but we remain committed to resolving any outstanding concerns. We value your time and feedback, and we are continuously striving to improve our service and communication.

These guys were brilliant. Cant recommend them enough. They were all so polite and courteous. They always removed their shoes when entering the house and were really quick doing the work. They travelled all the way from Wolverhampton to Cornwall to install our insulation and a couple of fans and we are completely satisfied with the work that they carried out.
