Since March this year, I have exchanged countless phone calls, shared countless documentation and wasted to much of my time with Simple Green Energy. My mother has very bad arthritis in her hands, and now thanks to this time wasting company, she faces another winter with only a coal fire to heat her water and heating. She can't maintain it anymore so we don't know what we will do from here. I was informed that this is all due to delays from the council.. but they seem to think another company will be able to help. They did say they tried ringing the council, but I still don't really understand why they have not succeeded in releasing the funding, and have wasted so much of our time. 6 months this continued on for. They couldn't even get as far as sharing a report and letting us know her entitlements. The operator on the phone seemed to only be focused on the review I wrote on trust pilot, even after I changed the review to 3 stars! I will now change it back to 1 star as they were unsuccessful in helping us.

I am very pleased with my New Solar system and Electric storage heaters supplied and service by Simple Green Energy Limited. I am 81 year old person and very glad for support by each team member of Simple Green Energy Limited.

The insulation install team were very thoughour, polite and experienced. Karl in particular, was an asset to the company, happily running me through the procedures from start to finish. 10/10

Simple green energy is very quick to respond and providing the great service. We had experience of meeting the workforce of 3 guys Karl, Marlon & Sunny who came to our house to do CWI. Very efficient and professional approach towards their work. Well done guys 👍🏼👍🏼

Got a call on the Monday saying I qualified for CWI, they then booked me in for it to be installed on the Thursday. Very quick turn around from having the assessment done to it actually being done! On Thursday Karl and his mate came and fitted it. All sorted no problems, they cleaned up most of the fluff as well. Overall very happy

I would like to thank you for all the the materials and work carried out at our home. The work men were all great and the boiler is brilliant, and the house with it's new insulation is so much warmer. A big thank you to all concerned.

Amazing job completed insulating my loft. All very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Can't thank them enough!

Gas engineer Dhanyal came out and fixed my heating. All other companies were charging me for parts it did not even require. Within an hour all my Heating and hot water was up and running.

Simple Green Energy have been absolutely amazing. I have used them twice now. Both for Cavity wall insulation, ventilation and draught exclusion. In addition they supplied a combi boiler at 1 property and air heat source with solar at the other.
Such an efficient company, Great communication and an excellent install team.

After a slow start getting all the documents sorted it was great.
Dan was very helpful in keeping me updated.

Absolutely disgusted with this company!!! I was offered a last minute cancellation today, I told the person who called I have to go out at 5pm who said it wouldn’t be a problem coz they could come back another day to finish it. At 4:30 they said they have about an hour left, then at 5:40 I called the company and then installers said about 2 hours but only 20 mins to finish the loft so I said just finish the loft then and be done - no idea what the other 2 hours would have been for as they didn’t explain this!! However, they did not leave at 6 but were here till almost 7pm, and only because I had to shout at them to get out!! This has caused me to lose money as I missed my pre booked night out which was too late to attend!! My walls are also covered in filth! No idea if the job has been done well as I was too angry to even check! I would not recommend this company.

Recently had the team come around and install the boiler, kept us constantly in touch with timing and dates, couldn’t have faulted them one bit. Danial himself took it upon himself to really make sure everything was done properly and did everything for us!

Dan was amazing, he rang me within a minute once I enquired on their website. He gave very good recommendations and options which was great. Dan is very knowledgeable and skilful. I applied for a free boiler grant to replace my old boiler which was not by no means an easy. But not only Dan helped me to replace the boiler but also guiding me through the process for application of ECO grants . Now I have a completely new boiler free under the government grant, and it costs me less than my old boiler. Thanks Dan, thanks for the simple green energy now we are ready for the winter and our house is nice and warm .

Took insulation out of a loft rather than install it,I guess to make the Grant bigger,tried to charge a £5000 contribution for a free grant then took 3 weeks to install a boiler on a job where a gent had just had a stroke,all written in statements from the customers concerned,save yourself the pain and find someone reputable.
