I applied through my energy company
I applied through my energy company. They contacted me, and took me through the application, to see if I qualified for a grant. on acceptance a surveyor came and assessed our property. 3 days later, I received a call as to the recommendations, supported by an email. A date was allocated, the arrived as scheduled and carried out the work, they cleaned up after the work was complete. the staff were friendly and professional in their interaction with me. All work was completed within 4 hrs. They were happy for me to observe them work and ask questions

Fantastic company - very organised and a pleasure to deal with
A fantastic company and an absolute pleasure to have had dealings with so far. Great communication from start to finish and Nina provided very high levels of customer service on the telephone helping to arrange the original survey which was completed in a timely manner. After my eligibility checks, I was informed loft insulation could be completed on the property and again this work was carried out with very polite employees arriving on time, completing the work to a high standard and also not leaving a trace of any rubbish behind. I am very grateful for the distance they travelled on the day too. The overall process from start to finish is very simple and efficient.
Finally, I feel that I really must mention the after service care that I have received on the telephone from the team leader named Vishal as his customer service skills towards myself has been exceptional so far. A very polite individual that is very patient, knowledgeable and understanding when addressing any questions that I have raised, showing a great deal of care and consideration towards customers. Vishal is an asset to this organisation - thank you Vishal. Keep up the good work SGE and I will be recommending your services to friends/family and colleagues in the future :) Kind Regards, Tim

I LOVE THIS COMPANY
I love this company ….having had 2 different eco 4 company’s before them who were an utter disgrace.
I booked a survey with SGE … they came the following week to do the survey then rang and said they would be there the next week to do the job. Extremely efficient… on time… cleaned up… polite and courteous…. easy to get hold of. Done what they said they would do. . I cannot praise this company enough. I will be getting hold of them to do another house. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you very much.

Not recommended
Unfortunately this company just don’t listen. They call and text me despite me telling I don’t wish to make use of their services. I have received 5 texts from them now having responded with STOP as per their instructions to stop the texts. I have had calls and reiterated the same.
After the last text I responded as follows :
I have text STOP 4 times now. If you do not stop I will take legal action as you are breaching gdpr regulations.
They have continued which is disappointing. My recommendation is don’t get involved with them as you will get the hard sell whether you like it or not.

Everything was well organised and…
Everything was well organised and planned well by the team leader. He kept me informed of their work schedule throughout. We received a good service from the loft insulation workers and boiler installation people. Both worked hard and followed appropriate guidelines to get the work done. Very polite and friendly team.

Helpful company
Once your documents are submitted then their team are quick to contact you and arrange the job. The loft insulation guys were on time, friendly, tidy and completed the job in sufficient time. Well ,it was very easy process from start to end .I couldn’t believe how easy,simple and quick that was .I found simple Green on instagram .filled the form and same day I got call from them .customer service advisor was really great and she made everything very simple and quick .so I would say whole experience was great .first contact from them to finish the job .I would like to compliment specifically the boys who came for insulation .they have done job very professionally .I would say 20 out of 10 for insulators .

The team arrived on time at the agreed date. The installation of solar panels went well & was completed the same day.
