Very unprofessional from start to finish… though thank goodness they didn’t get as far as my house, I ended the conversation thry were so bad… there is not enough time to say how bad this company are… wasted 2 months of my time and even then I had to chase them for updates
Apparently I have to fully renovate my property before they’ll come in and tare it down again! Forget that! Loft insulation? A jok, best buy it yourself
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

Avoid at all costs. Awful work carried out from a simple extractor fan being installed in the bathroom. A complete mess was left!

I recently had insulation work completed on 5 June 2025 by Simple Green Energy, and I am very happy with the entire experience. A great company with amazing communication throughout. Vishal was very thorough with his work. Vishal kept in contact every step of the way to ensure things were running smoothly and that I was happy with the loft insulation and kitchen fan that was fitted. Survey was set up quickly to assess whether we filled criteria for government funding, then fitting swiftly followed.
The fitters were polite, respectful and worked cleanly and efficiently with minimum disruption.

From start to finish
From start to finish, all gone wrong.
We lost 2 radiators, leak in living room, badly done loft insulation. So stressful all the way. One Plummer is working for them as sun contractor Made me carry the radiator It was so heavy I have now Hernia. They were not replace them all they did plaster the ceiling but not decorated So unprofessional company and very badly run. Do not use them any cost.
