I arrived in Athens Airport and went to buy an eSIM from this company because of the poster they had that displayed Vodafone. I'm a Vodafone business client. The pastry is very misleading. It says 100 minutes to all +350 GB but 'all' is Local calls in Greece only. I found this out when I tried to make my first call which was an international call. I went back to her and asked why I couldn't make the call and it was then it's she informed me that it requires a top up to make Int'l calls. I asked for a refund on both cards because they have no use to us but she has refused. I'm really disappointed in Vodafone for that misleading poster and in similar local for their arrogant and unhelpful staff

The information displayed is provided by the network, and the Vodafone advertising materials are not produced by Sim Local. However, we take your feedback seriously and have already asked our airport team to update the information provided to customers so that the calling allowance is explained more clearly going forward.
International calls are not included in the standard allowance, although an international calling package may be available by topping up directly with Vodafone.

I would like to thank support for the relatively quick help, BUT the problem was not resolved. I simply cannot pay for an eSIM I want - not using debit or credit card (which works fine everywhere else).
I get an error message no matter which browser I use, no matter which PC I use and no matter which mobile phone I use - I can't order in the app either. The other payment methods are completely unknown to me and not possible to use.
I've been trying for 2 days now (3 including today), but no matter what I do, I'm not allowed to pay for 20 GB eSIM (Data/Calls/SMS), Asia, EUR 30.00

I finally completed the payment, after filling in fields that were initially marked as optional. (Up from 2 to 3 stars)

Awful service
Awful service - purchased an eSIM code from a Heathrow vending machine. Code never activated, customer service unable to resolve, incomplete communication and delaying tactics and unsent messages. In breach of consumer law for refund requirements.

Fatal!!! Nunca tuvimos internet en el viaje a república dominica, desde que aterrizamos se mostraba un poco de señal pero nunca se activó, mande mensaje para que nos ayudaran a encontrar alguna solución y no hubo respuesta alguna, no hay reembolso no hay nada, y sería muy bueno que en su página o en algún apartado se aclarara que no puedes compartir internet, como es el caso de Holafly que hemos usado y sin ningún problema. En conclusión, no lo vuelvo a usar.

15 day unlimited plan for Turkey lockout issues…
I purchased the 15 day unlimited plan with daily 10 GB data for Turkey.
On the second day after activation, I was locked out, supposedly due to breach of fair use limit of 10 GB.
It took 24 hours for the service to be resumed.
I started checking my usage every day. On the 5th day the same lockout happened although I had used only 6 GB data for that period. Lockout happened again on the 12 day and now it has been more than 24 hours and my service is still locked. I asked for a refund and inspite of sim local promise that refulds will be provided, my request for refund was refused.
Improvements that sim local can make:
1. Provide an accurate usage display in their app that can be used by customers to contest illegal lockouts
2. sim local should abide by their promised refund policy.
I am going to contest this transaction with Visa and get a refund through them.

Good eSIM for online use
Good eSIM — it was easy to buy and activate, and it worked for perfectly in October in UK. The app doesn’t remember my history though, so I can’t say how much did it costs for me to use for two weeks. But I remember it was a fair price and good internet quality (I didn’t use it for the calls).
