Silvermine Omdömen 

Placed an order on the 3rd of July for 2 booster boxes and some sleeves. It arrived on the 11th due to a technical issue which was understood. However booster box was missing and I emailed them to ask for help. 14th they responded that they will resend out (it was for a birthday present) the box which I waited for.

As of the 22nd I’ve emailed twice more with no response and it’s completely missed the date it was needed.

Really disappointed as we have purchased before with no issues and the fact that it was ordered at the start of the month and that I’ve tried to chase them to resolve internally it’s really frustrating.

I have been to Silvermine's store a couple of times and have bought a few items online previously, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience - the staff is extremely friendly and sociable, and the prices are great. It is very clear that the store cares about the community and I also thought that the store was very pretty! Will deffo visit again.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Incredibly kind people, providing local tournaments for pokemon tcg. Good stock in singles and products with incredible prices especially for Japanese products in comparison to their competitors. I'm truly glad to have found such a good store that upholds resonable standards for both new and reoccurring customer, highly recommend going at least once.

The greatest vendor for TCG related products. I am absolutely pleased, if not more so as they have always been cooperative with me for the years which I have been buying from them.

Expect all parcels to be dispatched on the same day of order (given that it's not after 15:00), as well as brilliant customer service.

Occasionally they will also give a gift with my order which is always appreciated.

Been doing business with them for quite a while now, never had any problem, orders always come on time, highly recommend to all hobby lover

Notified that I never recieved the package and the package never made it to my building. Provided video evidence that no delivery was made and did everything possible including opening a police report, fedex claim, and going to every building on the block and even checking the trash room of all floors to make sure no one else took it and threw out the packing box. The seller never responded after the initial email.

I filed a credit card claim and the seller responded to Amex instead of me. Fedex won't acknowledge my claim unless the seller makes it. After ignoring my emails, the seller even sends the tariff cost my way for a package I never recieved. Now I'm stuck with no refund or replacement and an additional bill from fedex. This company is disgusting and does not care about their customers. Avoid at all cost.

Always quick delivery and well packaged, great service and products. Highly recommend.

Updated as I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company a few times, on top of the above the communication and customer service has been nothing but amazing.

Again... service at it's best! Silvermine is my go to for all Japanese pokemon products for the simple reason of, great service with hassles, product always arrive in top condition. The shipping has always got me, as I never pay for next day delivery yet there it is, the next day when ordered early enough, which saves on paying for the fast delivery service. I have now used these guys everytime for my import products and always will, from pokemon to One piece. It's a shame I live so far from them, otherwise I'd like to go and thank them personally for their service.

What a great company! Great customer service who go above and beyond and really make you feel valued. A mistake had occurred however that was immediately remedied with a fair resolution and a quick one! This company/seller are fantastic, I tell you not.
I've ordered a few times from them and nothing but excellent customer service. All my items have come when stated, a problem I did have it was fixed extremely quickly with no hassle. With that experience you will use time and time again.

Great range of products, fast delivery and fantastic customer service! Couldn't recommend more for anyone interested in TCG!!

My delivery took a bit longer than the 2-3 days the site stated. While the delay from a weekend release makes sense, it would have been better if that was mentioned on the site from the start.

It's great knowing their Pokémon items are authentic Japanese products and are never resealed. Every order I've placed has had fast shipping and felt completely trustworthy.

My only small gripe is that popular items sell out so fast and don't seem to get restocked. It's a bit frustrating when you miss out on something you wanted.
